Everything was great after I filled out more forms which I hate doing. It works better for me if I have an online option like when I register. Trying to write on a clipboard is frustrating this day and time for some. Uab should have all of my medical records regardless of what facility I'm at. I bet they don't use half of that info.

Helpful nurses and doctor - quick in response and help. Only real negative is the parking space (very difficult to weave in the tight spaces to find a spot)
