I believe TKC -Urology staff are wonderful and actually listen to your concerns and do everything possible to help figure out a solution for your issues. The receptionist are also very nice and helpful with any questions.

The team is very professional and their knowledge and skills makes me feel comfortable to trust the treatment being administered. I have complete trust in Dr. Baumgarten because he seems to understand the level of importance this treatment is for me. He's sympathetic to my concerns. He is a great communicator and makes me feel he is genuinely concerned and wants to help me resolve the issue at hand. He's not rushed and takes his time to make sure I understood the treatment.
