The team is very professional and their knowledge and skills makes me feel comfortable to trust the treatment being administered. I have complete trust in Dr. Baumgarten because he seems to understand the level of importance this treatment is for me. He's sympathetic to my concerns. He is a great communicator and makes me feel he is genuinely concerned and wants to help me resolve the issue at hand. He's not rushed and takes his time to make sure I understood the treatment.

I have been a long time patient of the UAB system and I have always been very impressed with how well maintained the entire facility has always been kept clean and sanitized. Everyone on staff has always practiced sanitizing hygiene. I personally understand how important that is, because my wife and I both work hard to keep our home clean and sanitized as well.

First observation was of the time period between check-in and completion of appointment. Minimual time spent waiting to be seen. Secondly the bed side manner of Doctors and nurses was outstanding!

I was treated quickly, fairly and with respect and dignity. Actually ; pretty amazing to get this level of service and care anywhere today. If there was a low point, the parking situation is/was awful, but considering in a busy downtown location, it's still better than other places. 5 stars!

Attitude and care of one nurse practioner, poor/no response to portal messages appointments being canceled with no contact. Taking a year to complete care that should have been 6 weeks. I never felt that I was being heard or taken seriously.

I might have missed the directions but it would be nice if the email said go to Jefferson tower, 7th floor, nuclear medicine and it would have been a little easier to find the check in desk.
