Since I'm not a doctor, I need things carefully and slowly explained so they resonate with me. I want to hop in my car and remember what the Doc just said minutes earlier, but due to the brevity of things (not the doctors fault), it's tough on such quick visits. The doc was fine, just felt rushed. And, he stated in his report that I'm 68. I'm 58 years old.

She made me feel at ease with her. Explained all my treatments we were planning. My provider, Dr. Guo, Weixia really helped me through some rough time I was having.

Dr. Marquart is truly the best rheumatologist I have ever seen, and I've seen a few. She is patient, listens carefully, and discusses options so we can arrive at a solution together. She shares her knowledge of research regarding my specific concerns and is realistic in her assessment of what may work for me. I feel taken care of, respected and treated effectively.

In this era where doctors rush in, only half-listen to what you have to say, and rush out after telling you what they are going to do, Dr. Marquart is a refreshing exception. She listens, asks good questions, problem-solves with you, not at you, and provides exceptional care for patients with complex and evolving issues. I would not be as healthy as I am without the medical guidance and supervision of Dr. Marquart.

The appointment felt rushed and impersonal. Dr. Marquardt spent the majority of the visit focused on her computer, rapidly asking questions and typing without making eye contact or engaging with me directly. She used terminology that was unclear, and when I asked for clarification, her response felt hesitant and dismissive rather than patient or explanatory.My current approach to managing my health and the effort I’ve put into it was minimized and largely disregarded. She was very pushy about starting a biologic medication before reviewing any test results or fully understanding my history. I also felt that my words were selectively interpreted in her notes, which makes me concerned about the accuracy of my medical record.Overall, I did not feel heard or seen as an individual. My health history and reasons for the visit did not seem to be genuinely considered, and I was treated more like a case to be categorized than a person seeking individualized care.

I am happy with my doctor because I feel I'm in the best possible and I could be in and the trust I feel toward her care and I am completely comfortable and trusting in my doctor. But

Dr. Chakrabarti, you told me after my first visit, that we'd figure it out. I said, " I believe you." I still do. More so now. It is a joint effort, but you're the one with years of knowledge. I just answer question, do the tests that you request. Thank you, for your knowledge, patience, kindness, that I'm sure, has helped so many...Thank you!

Dr. Young is the most caring and compassionate Rheumatologist I have met. She is warm and caring. What makes her exceptional is her skill in listening to her patients. Her recommended treatment already has me feeling so much better. I respect her and am grateful to her for her stellar care.
