Dr. J. Stannard is brilliant, kind, gentle, a great listener, offers suggestions and explains the science in detail. I leave my appointments very grateful to have been referred to her by my primary care physician originally.

I was impressed with the amout of time & number of questions she asked to find what she thinks is my auto immunity problem is. Many blood tests to ferret it out.

Jennifer C provided excellent customer service and care to me. I needed a document signed by Dr Wise that I forgot to present at my appointment and it was critical I secure Dr Wise’s signature Friday morning. Jennifer could make no promises but encouraged me to drop off the papers by 8am. I did and ran errands before leaving town. Within in an hour I received Jennifer’s message to return to the office. The papers were signed. I was able to keep an afternoon appointment that secured documents that made my journey a success by accommodating issues I discussed with Dr Wise at our appointment. Jennifer was professional and compassionate. In my opinion Jennifer represented the spirit of mercy by her words and actions. She exemplified the key pillars of customer service - trust, competence, empathy and satisfaction. My week would have been significantly different without her assistance. I am forever grateful to Jennifer and Dr Wise.

I appreciated the care and clarity Dr. Ahmadmehrabi provided during my visit. He clearly reviewed my file before I arrived, which is rare these days and meant a lot. I wasn’t asked the usual “What are we seeing you for today?” He listened attentively, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel genuinely supported. Thank you for a positive experience.

Dr. Wise listens and explains things so a person knows exactly what they should or should not be doing. He is very kind and understanding and takes his time to explain things to you. I feel very comfortable talking to him and asking questions.

Dr. Guo is very pleasant. She listens to what I am saying and responds appropriately to my questions. She explains things in a way that I can understand them. She gives me time to ask questions. We work together on a treatment plan.

It would be helpful if clinician was better prepared prior to entering exam room. That is read referral letter; read patient’s reason for visit, review pertinent lab results.
