Dr Young needs to be on time to patients appointments, she is always very late causing me to wait for long extended periods which is very unfair and not considerate . I waited over an hour in the exam room for my appointment which is unacceptable.

She is always late to my appointments, she needs to really improve on being late, I am not talking about 5-10 minutes but alway 25 - 30 minutes late. My time is valuable and important. Also she was not fully prepared with my papers or clinical notes which was missing from the chart.
