Sometimes she seems to really understand and then the next visit I feel completely unheard. I’m new to this disease and it’s impacting my life. I need to feel consistently heard. Also every three months is hardly enough to get this under control.

Dr. Marquardt is responsive to issues as they come up. She ACTUALLY will return a phone call herself. She seems to remember the patient and their past history and past appointments with her. So, she is prepared. She works with other medical providers, as well.

She always seems to be in a rush to leave and we have never gone through an entire list of what’s happening. Even my new patient appointment was less than 30 minutes. I’m looking for a new rheumatologist for a second opinion but reluctant to go to the same office.
