I would just like to say thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. Everyone was kind, patient, respectful, and professional. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for. I especially appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout my visit. The midwives Clinic does an awesome job. The front desk people are exceptionally friendly and approachable, Nona, the medical assistant, has great rapport with clients, and so far all of the midwives I've worked with have been amazing.

Rescheduling was not possible in the timeframe the provider told me to reschedule. They told me to reschedule for a week or two after this appointment and was not able to for a month so 2 to 4 times as long as they recommended

This provider and nurse(?) were both so lovely to work with. I felt heard and seen, and there was zero judgement in the room. I left feeling lighter and better for having seen them and I appreciated that very much after a few visits with other FV providers that did NOT feel comfortable and warm.

When scheduling it's pretty misleading on your part to list the appointment time as 15 minutes before it actually is. If you do echeck in online ahead of time, it should let you know to show up at the actual appointment time so you don't have to wait around for longer than needed. Now I know for next time.

The area you did really well was listening to me instead of being a number on how old I am, you treated me like I was an individual. That's very important to me. And I was not at any time talked down to, which I detest. I kind of turn off if you are treating me like I am not all there. So that's my feedback.
