It was difficult to schedule a timely follow up appointment. The wait was 3 months out , that was frustrating . Had I known I would have scheduled a follow up at the same time as my original appointment.

I thought Dr France was a primary care doctor and an OBGYN. Probably just my mistake� but I'm not sure if the website could have been more clear�

I have never had no problems with any care from over there. Everybody is polite and excellent, and they will explain things to you correctly, and that is wonderful. And now I can say it's a fantastic clinic to be at.

I'm was listening to, everything was explained, and I felt like the plane was adequate. The doctor also was very knowledgeable.

Dr. Laura France with M Health Fairview in Maplewood I would have to say is one of the most experienced doctors she couldn't of explained my situation better to me she was honest and felt like she had compassion for what I am going through

She listened to me pretty well, but overall, when it came to the next steps for my treatment plan, there wasn't really any next steps. So I've been kind of left like confused and in the dust about where I should be going. So I will be getting a second opinion besides hers because she did not give me any valuable feedback on my health or what I should do next.

Dr France is exceptional. I was very comfortable with an I invasive procedure. Her explanations were easily understood & compassionate. I have 100% confidence in her expertise & recommended treatment, whatever is needed after test results.

Dr. Laura Fransch was informative. She was knowledgeable. She was also very empathetic and very detailed in the solutions that she provided to me. She really took the time to listen and also had looked at my chart and things that the MRI had indicated before we got to the office. So I felt as though she had taken the time before the meeting to really look at my charts to make sure that she was offering up relevant solutions and that made me and my husband at ease. So I really, really appreciated meeting Dr. Laura Fransch. And that was the first time as well. So that was really an impressive experience.

Dr France was very well spoken and explained what what happening to me including drawing a picture to help me better understand. She's thoughtful, thorough, kind and humorous. I will recommend her to my women friends.

I love (INAUDIBLE) Health Fairview because the doctors are so patient and whether or not to listen to someone's problems and they give accurate information. So I just love the clinic because the way they entertain people and the way they are so nice and entertaining and they are so like encouraging to us people and they give us hopes. The clinic is so just nice. Thank you all. Thank you all for your good work.

Dr. France is great. I could tell she read my health records ahead of time to know my situation and anticipate my questions. She explained my options simply and the thoroughly.
