It was a good experience better experience than my experience last year at a different clinic/location.

When scheduling it's pretty misleading on your part to list the appointment time as 15 minutes before it actually is. If you do echeck in online ahead of time, it should let you know to show up at the actual appointment time so you don't have to wait around for longer than needed. Now I know for next time.
