The test tubes for collecting swab tests that have the foil on top of the screw cap are a little confusing. I thought I was meant to put the swab through the foil instead of unscrewing the cap. I figured it out, but messed up the cap of the test tube in the process.

I felt very comfortable and supported in this space.

The only thing that was a little confusing is that I wasn't sure if I had scheduled a pap smear because my appt reminder just said Adult Preventative or something like that. But it was fine when I got there!

I've had excellent care through Fairview OBGYN at Riverside. From the moment I set foot in the door there's warm and welcoming front desk staff, colorful and cute decorations, a clean and well maintained aquarium. The clinic itself everything is clean and tidy and makes sense. I like how lab is built right into clinic and were able to collect labs so easily even with my baby veins. The way things are laid out makes my own ER just floors below in the next building over feel cluttered and claustrophobic by comparison. The patient encounter itself was deeply reassuring, and I can't put into words what a relief that is. My concerns had been building up for a year and it took me that long to summon the courage to address them. The experience I just described has been typical of what I've experienced at the MHF Women's Clinic since I became a patient there a year and a half ago. EVERYONE, including the front desk staff, has been unfailingly kind, welcoming, and respectful towards me, and Liz has consistently taken time in every appointment to listen carefully and empathically to all my concerns and questions, and to explain all care options thoroughly. The service everyone at this clinic provides is pretty much the model for how care should be. I am SO glad I chose this clinic for my women's healthcare needs!

I just like to say that from when I first entered, the greeting, the person who helped me behind the desk, to the nurse practitioner, to the person who greeted me before the nurse practitioner, and to the person in the lab, and just leaving the whole experience was just very comfortable, comforting, everyone was nice and had information for me and that's why I've been going there for years and will continue to go there and recommend anyone else to go there.

Front staff, to the MA, to the student doctor & physician, & the labs department were all wonderful!

Overall good experience

I came in with symptoms and was given tests but zero physical exam. I am still experiencing some pretty extreme symptoms for the reasons I came in and received zero care for them then and still haven't gotten any now.

I would definitely go back to see her again!

It was great to meet someone who understood the new research on perimenopause and was willing to listen AND be open to my needs.

Everyone was very welcoming/helpful. They were knowledgeable and I left feeling very listened to and cared for.
