I feel as though Courtney actually listened to me. She was very kind and empathetic. A lot of times I feel like doctors try to push meds, Courtney did not. She suggested other ways of managing my anxiety without medication. I appreciate that.

There was some information that I was given that was not clear, like I was told I could schedule with the lab to do my NIPT test at any point in a week, but when I did so I was then told no I need a full midwife appointment to do that. I also was given a order for an ultrasound but my insurance does not want me to use Fairview to do so, so I am having trouble scheduling with an independent imaging center since my referral is only in the Fairview system.

I had an amazing experience with Courtney Moore during my recent visit. She was incredibly supportive, compassionate, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. Courtney was very welcoming and helped explain things in a way both my boyfriend and I could understand. She was willing to answer all of our questions and explain the answer. She was great! Will definitely see her again.

It was great! The only thing I would say was a negative was the darkness in the waiting area. The lighting where the receptionists were was great, but where patients sat was dark. I have never seen that before in any clinic and I didn't like it.

It was a wonderful experience. It was very calm in the location. Everyone was really nice. I had a lot of nerves coming in and they all made me feel better and very welcome. I brought my son with me and they made him feel so comfortable. They interacted with him and treated him with so much kindness this was overall the best experience that I ever had at an appointment.

I really enjoyed meeting Courtney. This is the second midwife that I had contact with at this clinic and she was really professional and super friendly and I was very comfortable with her. So, thank you.

Courtney Moore is absolutely amazing. I went through multiple providers to figure out a problem that she resolved in the 30 minutes of meeting with her, and had the perfect knowledge of what was going on. We love her!
