I had to wait 30 minutes over my appointment time, and the office was hard to find

I feel as though Courtney actually listened to me. She was very kind and empathetic. A lot of times I feel like doctors try to push meds, Courtney did not. She suggested other ways of managing my anxiety without medication. I appreciate that.

Grateful for this clinic and their commitment to serving all people in a way that is most suitable for the client. What a fantastic experience.

There was some information that I was given that was not clear, like I was told I could schedule with the lab to do my NIPT test at any point in a week, but when I did so I was then told no I need a full midwife appointment to do that. I also was given a order for an ultrasound but my insurance does not want me to use Fairview to do so, so I am having trouble scheduling with an independent imaging center since my referral is only in the Fairview system.

Would definitely schedule with provider in the future.
