No complaints at all about the doctor or service. Just wish there was a way to be seen quicker for a broken wrist.

Today's apt was for my brother, but I had an appointment scheduled to see him the following day. I asked to be seen while I was there to avoid me from having to find another ride the following day. Dr.Allee worked me in and we only had to make the one trip to see both of us. I'm thankful!!

She was very attentive, listened to my explanation of symptoms, courteous, professional and provided great explanation of source of pain and what triggered it. Three ER Dr’s on two visits did not have an explanation of what might have triggered or caused the left shoulder pain.

Dr. falcon took the time to talk to me as a person, not a number that was awesome to me. He didn’t feel like he was being rushed like he had the time to talk to me. I felt very confident that he knew what he was talking about when it comes to what’s going on for the reason I was there. I feel very confident that once he gets all the information he’ll be able to help me with my situation and if he can’t, he will pass me onto someone with the knowledge that can Dr. falcon asked me. Do you have any questions? Most doctors just say what they want to say and out the door Dr falcon is not that way he is hands-on you know holding your hand. How can I help you? It was such a pleasure to not be over talked,
I’m really glad I went to this visit and I will go back to Dr.Falcon .

I like her friendly demeanor and the way she addressed my concerns and did not blow them off as nothing to be concerned about and I also like the fact she was in the know about my situation without me having to tell all about it again.

Again, Dr. Fitzgerald was very nice to talk with. I felt he was trying to treat my underlying ailment instead of just masking the symptoms.
