I feel like she listens and for me this is very important. In the past there have been times when a provider was in the room with me but didn’t hear a word I said or dismissed what I said.

Shelly was extremely attentive to my question, and she explained all the options and choices and why they are the options and choices. She was very patient with my questions. She asked me relevant questions and listened carefully to my answers. She smiled and greets me by name. While we talked she looked at me and listened to what I was saying. I felt included in my care plan and included in the whole process.
