When a Dr. receives lab results which were ordered for an upcoming appointment with another doctor at 10:30 p.m. on a weekend and immediately calls the patient at 10:45 p.m. that night out of concern about an alarming WBC, it doesn't get any better than that.

Dr. Ivey and her staff have been there for my wife and I for a number of years. They have been very consistent with the level of care provide. In contrast to this. I've noticed that the level of time consuming surveys mind boggling.
