Dr Tucker listens. He is honest with me and gives hard feedback in a kind way (I really need to exercise more!). His staff is amazing. I have notoriously bad veins. The two ladies in the lab yesterday were amazing. They brought me water and talked me through what they were doing. They were empathetic and also did a great job of talking with me as a distraction.
