Deana seen how sick I was and listened to what I was saying and looked at my labs. She saved my life I was so dehydrated my heart was acting up. She really listened to what I was saying and looked at my labs. So greatful!!

Deana is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns carefully, all the while watching me for signs and symptoms even I am not aware of. The questions she asks are on point. She is compassionate and caring, as well as confident. I generally ask for Deana when making appointments. I contact her through My Chart as well.

She’s like my older sister. Even tho I’m sure I’m way older lol. But she wasn’t in a rush and I was going thru stressful issues that she was all ears. And we prayed together about my situation. Unreal in this day and age. I probably told 10 people about my dr Appointment.

I left feeling very unheard because ms Andrew’s did not listen to my complaint all the way. I felt very cut off and uncomfortable. She was unclear with follow up instructions, even in messages in the app, she was very unclear.
