Once again, Dr Phelan is an excellent doctor and very personable. I truly feel that he cares about my well being and I am confident that he has addressed all of my issues effectively. I worked at UW hospital for 32 years with many different doctors and I can sense who cares and is genuine. Dr. Phelan is not only genuine but very talented.

Wonderful surgeon with great bedside manner. Takes time to explain all options and I've never felt rushed during my appointments. Had an adjustment to my abdominal surgery right beforehand and he made a smart decision. Would trust Dr. Smith again, for sure.

Pleasant both she and staff. I am a fairly new patient and she jumped right in fixing what I needed fixed, testing to see where my condition is and getting things fixed. Mostly she cared!!!
