I can't say enough about Richelle! Most recently she met with my wife and me to address all of our concerns and to provide her professional suggested course of action. We never feel rushed with her and we always cover a lot of ground. Before we leave she summarizes everything we talked about so we are all in agreement on what the next steps are until our next visit. We appreciate her so much!!

He’s one of the best at what he does and vascular! I had a choice to choose who I wanted for my surgery coming up. I chose him. He has always treated me with respect and like a person who is not a doctor and he explained things to me in my terms. Not his doctor terms. But he is caring, great bedside manner, he is someone I would recommend every time. I could just keep going on, but I will say he is the #1 vascular surgeon in my opinion. Top-tier the best. Thank you, Dr Williams. For the many times you’ve helped me out.

Great doc with a great support staff. Only negative is on follow-up with the patient. There is too much reliance on MyChart when a phone call would be more appreciated. For a patient, understanding the meaning of test or monitoring results on MyChart is impossible without an explanation from a provider in plain English. This type of follow-up is lacking in the system.
