She knows l live in Janesville and wondered why l came to Madison for my ablation follow up. When the appointment was made l was told she didn't have any availability close to that date so scheduled me for Madison. Richelle said next time contact her nurses and ask to squeeze you in, so l don't have to drive to Madison. I really appreciated that!
