Dr. Phelan is the cream of the crop…the frosting on the cake …the BEST OF THE BEST.
He said I was doing very well and we followed up a few questions & he suggested a follow up in a year.
I am extremely pleased with Dr. Phelan and his entire staff.

Scheduling is extremely difficult and it appears it is out if his control. He doesn't have time to refresh his memory on my history and doesn't have time to review the complexities of multiple diagnoses from other departments. As a result he rates lower on this survey.

The scheduling process for follow up care is extremely frustrating. Calendars are not available to schedule with the provider as directed by the provider.
