Richelle Fields genuinely cares about her patients. She always has a friendly smile on her face that makes you feel cared about and she listens well. She answers any questions without making you feel rushed. I feel very comfortable with the quality of care from her.

She knows l live in Janesville and wondered why l came to Madison for my ablation follow up. When the appointment was made l was told she didn't have any availability close to that date so scheduled me for Madison. Richelle said next time contact her nurses and ask to squeeze you in, so l don't have to drive to Madison. I really appreciated that!

She has a lovely way about her and I am confident in her care. Richelle is top-notch and they don’t come any better! The only problem SSM has in cardiology is your phone system is way behind the times! I frequently have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to have a phone call answered! You need to work on that pronto!!!
