He made me feel that I was special and going to get the meds I needed and explained it to me and checked to see when I would be back for a follow up appointment. And said to call if any questions.

Dr Dong seemed competent, caring and knowledgeable. He did not have the records he needed from a previous hospital visit that would have helped us make decisions regarding my care. Now we have to wait for those records.
