Once he arrived, he was very engaged. He did an outstanding job explaining in detail the tests I received 4 years earlier. He listened to my questions very thoroughly! I feel he gave me a thoughtful and detailed answers to challenging questions! I would recommend him to others.

After my December, 2023 surgery, 6-month and 12-month follow-ups were recommended. The 6-month follow-up took place on time but I had to wait over 16 months for the second follow-up. I was told this was due to SSM cardiology staff shortages. I recognize that this was a problem that SSM is now addressing. I am confident that cardiology would have scheduled me for an appointment if I was having heart heath issues.
