I am appreciative of the medical care and tactful,kind guidance I continue to receive from Dr. Vincent Chuang and his Medical Assistants/Office staff.
Thanks to his attention and expertise, my LADA/ Type 1.5 Diabetes was diagnosed by way of a yearly check-up where I described my concerns/symptoms not even thinking about diabetes as a potential diagnosis... but clearly He put 2 and 2 together (without causing alarm). He is a very tactful Doctor who is easy to communicate with, while also being efficient and professional.
After the tests Dr. Chuang ordered came back, He was proactive in referring Me to the proper Specialist and made the best effort to ensure I had the medicine I needed.
My most recent visit was a follow-up to the aforementioned, and as with all previous visits, I can say that I left with all of my questions, concerns, and issues addressed with dignity.
I equally appreciative of his Medical Assistants/Nurses and office staff. Never a bad experience, they are always patient, kind and helpful professionals.
I am truly grateful that of all ways to discover I am diabetic, that it was this way and not as it is with so many- by DKA/ Medical Emergency. Thank you.

Even though I saw a provider who wasn’t my usual provider, she had obviously taken time to familiarize herself with my relevant history before coming in to the exam room. Also, she never seemed rushed, and made me feel that I could ask any questions I needed to ask.
Also, as to the receptionist — they were (as always) professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Her office is ran well. We love Dr. Kiser, she always takes really good care of us. She explains things to where we can understand and lets us know what we need to do. She is very good at what she does and very knowledgeable.

He’s the best doctor I’ve seen lately. Explained everything to me. I understood everything. He said his communication skills with me were excellent. Haven’t seen the doctor like him in 20 years. Very impressive.

Dr. Cat was most impressive in her thoroughness in listening to my needs and going through family history. I would prefer that she become my primary provider based upon my interaction with her last week.

Michelle Kiser is the best provider I've had in a very long time. She listens. She's very knowledgeable. She's wonderful. The clerks at the front desk were the reason that I didn't give the clinic a 10. They were having conversations that I didn't think were appropriate for everyone to hear and saying things that I didn't think were appropriate.

Catherine is always so well prepared re: my history & very thorough at every visit. She covers every angle. I always walk out of there surprised at how she's able to cover every single thing that needed to be addressed.

I am very thankful to Senior Care plus for all that they provide. I truly hope that there will be little if any changes in the future that will be negative to my finances. I believe I do my part to stay healthy in order to keep my rates low. Again, thank you.

Staff very knowledgeable and caring. I felt they listened to my concerns and made notes in my medical history. The flu shot I received was painless and so happy I was able to get this seasonal vaccine at this time.
