Catherine, actually listens to me, and takes the time to explain what she is seeing medically going on with me, so that she and I can formulate a plan moving forward.
Her easy going style, coupled with her knowledge of my chart gives me a great level of comfort, that I haven't seen in other nurse practioners or even Doctors for that matter.

Providers office reached out before visit as they had seen surgical records of orthopedic surgery and were concerned about my mobility and if I could get to the clinic OK. They offered an in home visit if walking or transportation was a problem. They had apparently not seen physical therapy notes that I had made great progress and had gone from wheelchair to walker and now to cane. It is good to know though if this becomes an issue in the future that service is available

When I arrived, there was a very short wait for the check-in process. The Medical assistant called me to come in a few minutes later, she was pleasant and friendly. She started her evaluation when we entered the exam room. She was professional and knowledgeable. After her evaluation, she let Dr. Kiser know she had finished.
Dr. Kiser came in within a few minutes. She greeted me and checked the computer evaluations. We discussed my current health and she completed her evaluations. She provided paperwork for a mammogram and lab work. Dr. Kiser also encouraged me to quit smoking.
