Juan/Reception, Eman/MA & Dr Kiser were all perfect! Knowledgeable & personable from greeting through all information needed, I was comfortable & knew I would get the personalized treatment I love. Dr. Kiser, as always, has a great team who reflect her care for her patients. Dr. Kiser never makes me feel rushed. I can always tell she has read my history. She always answers any questions I have & makes me feel valued. We have already set my next yearly Annual Appt & Labs . YAY DR. KISER & THE TEAM! PS.The Office rooms are always spotless & smell good! I was a little concerned with Emmanuel, the medical assistant. I wasn't able to seem to communicate with him about the importance of getting pre-approval for my pantoprazole, and I'm not sure if he understood that or not. And so I did actually mention it to Dr. Kiser because I'm paying cash right now for my pantoprazole, and so I'm not sure if Emmanuel was able to complete the task of pre-approval to Blue Cross Buchield. Thank you.

It took over an hour and fifteen minutes before I was able to actually see my doctor. The time is running longer before you see your doctor. I have things to do and my time is valuable too. Hope this can be addressed for me and the other patients who were also waiting. Thank you.?

Dr. Kiser is an excellent physician! She is very kind, competent, and professional. She takes time to really listen to her patients and consider what they have to say. She doesn’t talk down to or over you and by doing so, makes your opinions feel valued. She told me that she will be retiring next year. Although I am happy to hear this for her sake (She has more than earned her retirement and deserves it!), I will be very saddened to see her go. You need to hire more doctors like Michelle Kiser and Dr. [ ]. They are very good doctors. I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is with my dental, Liberty. The dental is terrible.

Our overall experience with Michelle Kiser has been great. She's been a wonderful physician. She lives, she believes in you. She goes through all your material with you, one by one, your blood test. And as far as the receptionist, they're all very helpful. I didn't see anybody there that wasn't happy in the whole office. So, again, thank you very much and see you again.

Dr Kiser is a wonderful primary care doctor who was very instrumental in my recovery from a serious heart issue. She takes the time to really listen to me. She researches and communicates my issues and recommended treatments and solutions. Dr. Kiser is also incredibly thorough and makes sure I understand my health issues and treatments. I trust her completely and know I am getting the best care from the best doctor I could ever have.

Dr. Kiser is experienced, competent, actually very very competent. And very understanding and one to one human oriented. In short, she’s wonderful ! And honest. She says so when she doesn’t have all the answers, but she will try to find out. Being her patient for quite some time, I TRUST her.
