This was one of the best visits I had in quite awhile. I was taken pretty much on time, Dr. Kiser came in within a short while and we discussed my issues and a new knee patch I was wearing and she took down the information and was interested. We had a very good and informative session. Thank you.

Even though I saw a provider who wasn’t my usual provider, she had obviously taken time to familiarize herself with my relevant history before coming in to the exam room. Also, she never seemed rushed, and made me feel that I could ask any questions I needed to ask. Also, as to the receptionist — they were (as always) professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Michelle Kiser is the best provider I've had in a very long time. She listens. She's very knowledgeable. She's wonderful. The clerks at the front desk were the reason that I didn't give the clinic a 10. They were having conversations that I didn't think were appropriate for everyone to hear and saying things that I didn't think were appropriate.

I would like to comment that Dr. Michele Kiser is in a class all her own. She gives superb care. She listens intently. She is curious. She knows what to tell you and how much to tell you. I think we're so fortunate to have her in our community. I'm a retired nurse of 38 years and know good care and she is par excellence. Friendly, warm, gracious, never rushes you. I know that she sometimes takes an extra time with patients, but that's okay. We applaud that. We applaud it very much, you know, but she does minimize her time as good as she can with me, with us. My husband just recently fell and was critically injured and was in the hospital for three weeks.
