Dr. Michael Kaiser is the only Dr. I have complete trust in.With the way my health problems are a little difficult a lot of times she has my trust and faith in what ever she decides.

I have had Dr. Michelle Kiser as my primary Doctor for thirty years. She is a Godsend. She cares deeply about her patients health, she has helped me immensely over the last 30 years. She spends quality time examining my overall health, my worries, my questions and listens to how I'm doing overall in my life. She never rushes. Her patients are very important to her. I have never thought of changing Physicians in the 30 years I have had her. Renown is and should feel very lucky to have her on staff. She deserves as much recognition that can be given to her. And it's not only myself, several people I know also have her. And they feel the same way I do. She is a gem in our Medical community. I know I will be lost without her, when she retires. But I will also be thankful that I had such an outstanding physician taking care of me. [ ]

Dr. Kuser always gives excellent care. Her assistant, Marie is very thorough too. Very courteous.

Dr Kiser has never made feel I need to rush through my appointments. She always answers my questions and have discussions if I may not agree with anything. She has been my doctor for many years and I would not want any other doctor.

I appreciate being treated as an individual with unusual circumstances, rather than the way some doctors will tell me I shouldn't feel this way or that way. Dr. Kiser listens to and responds to my needs and she takes my input (what I think would help) in to consideration. She doesn't make me feel like a [ ]. She doesn't dismiss my concerns. She works with me to find solutions to my problems and I am grateful for that.

The receptionists Tammy & Cheree were friendly & knowledgeable when greeting me & other patients who entered the Office. We chatted amiably while everything was verified. Wonderful! Dr. Kiser's MA Maria was very personable & professional. We chatted about common interests while she took my vitals prior to Dr. Kiser entering the exam room. When Dr. Kiser entered she was totally prepared to review my test results. She had already messaged me via My Chart on the Saturday after my test results were in. How wonderful is that caring treatment!! She also asked about how I felt about my physical & mental wellbeing. I want Renown to know what genuinely caring treatment Dr. Kiser gives her patients & that her office staff reflects her incredibly wonderful behavior towards patients. Thanx to all! C u next year!

As i explcined to Dr. Kiser, there was a nurse assintant Sarha CNA , whom was very helpful during my stay at sierra tower. I offer to treat Sarha to dinner but never heard back.

Dr Kiser answers all my questions and I usually bring a list to the office. She thoroughly reviews my meds any possible side effects I am concerned about. She knows and refers back to my health history. She is the most thorough doctor I have, including specialists I see. I trust her judgment completely. She has been my physician for at least 25 years and I highly value her recommendations.
