I would say Michele Kiser is one of the best doctors I’ve had. She always listens to me. She always makes me feel like an important and she almost always has some kind of help to give me. I appreciate her more than I can ever say it will break my heart the day that she retires

Dr. Kiser is the BEST primary I have ever had. I would not trust anyone else. She is more than my doctor. She cares about me as an individual as well as a patient. She is patient with me and my care as I am a bit of a difficult case, requiring a lot of time and communication at times and she is always there to be sure I’m taken care of. She stays in the loop with specialists. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is very special. I can’t ever see myself with any other primary care physician.

Dr. Kiser is a great doctor. She explains everything to you in a way you understand. She is patient and kind.
She goes out of her way to explain labs, X-rays or other tests.

Warm, friendly consultation. Asks questions and takes time to listen to my questions. Responds to MyChart messages quickly. Listens intently. Never feel rushed. Considers options for care going forward. Thorough review of labs and tests. Orders tests at various stages of my life. She's experienced and takes time to explain what is going on as my life progresses and physical needs change. Great sense of humor. Cannot brag enough about how great she is as a provider and person. Found her online 4 years ago when first moved here and booked appointment based on public feedback.

Dr. Kaiser is always courteous. She gives her undivided attention when I am explaining my concerns to her. She always makes me feel that she has heard me if I think I have a medical condition she doesn’t blow it off as it’s not important. She always make sure she gives me the right test lab work, she is very clear and explained things so I can understand what she is talking about. I always feel confident in her decision-making when it comes to my health.

Dr. Kiser was unfamiliar with me and took the time to go through my chart and [ ] or incorrect information from my record. She also helped me understand why the [ ] is now being recommended for older adults. She addressed my health conditions holistically, not as a check-list.
