Everyone was very professional and greeted you as you came in. Theresa Goins was awesome! Will spoken and very easy to talk to. Will ask for her next year.

I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. It was truly one one the best provider visits I have had. I didn't feel rushed and and I was comfortable discussing some very personal issues I am dealing with.

This provider was very thorough and found a heart issue I was not aware of. She tested and gave me information I needed and answered all my questions. She told me my next step in care

She was concerned about my bad visit to urgent care in February and the medication he prescribed showed lack of knowledge. Of course I went back the next day and got a correct medication. Patient has to look after their own care also. I was impressed she knew about Gilbert syndrone and I will live a healthy life. Most doctors freak out about it.

I had my Annual @Renown through Senior Care Plus with Theresa Goins. She was thorough & professional. I originally would have had to wait several weeks for appointment..in my case I gladly accepted an early morning appt @8a arriving @ the medical office 7:45a...worked out perfectly for me.

My first encounter, I felt she expressed herself quite knowledgeable in senior care health management. A pleasant experience and I felt my decision to change my Medicare advantage plan was a very good choice.

I am "so early" in this RENOWN process, other detailed responses are hard to evaluate. But since I do not yet have a primary care person, what I can say is two trips to "urgent care" (Summit) and this geriatric evaluation all seemed to be handled very well by Renown staff. I look forward to finally getting my own primary care person so that I can coordinate other medical visits more in keeping with what I have been able to do with Kaiser Permanente when I was located in their service area. So far so good. I look forward to future Renown assistance. So far, it feels like it should work well.
