Providers office reached out before visit as they had seen surgical records of orthopedic surgery and were concerned about my mobility and if I could get to the clinic OK. They offered an in home visit if walking or transportation was a problem. They had apparently not seen physical therapy notes that I had made great progress and had gone from wheelchair to walker and now to cane. It is good to know though if this becomes an issue in the future that service is available

Olivia, was very professional, courteous, listened carefully to what I said, gave feedback. We discussed medications, upcoming visits, recent surgery. Overall I came away with a very positive experience.

It surprised me how satisfied I would be with this appointment. The medical staff I saw were so patient and courteous! And Dr. Zicari did not make me feel rushed, which really helps. I’m glad I had this experience.

No leg testing for blood flow that has been previously done at the old Senior Care building on Mill Street.

She was very kind and caring about my health issues, and she took action in helping me with my health concern of needing and referral for a new endocrinologist. I was completely satisfied with my visit with her and looking forward to seeing her again in the future.

Without a doubt, Ms. Olivia is one of the Very Best Providers in the giant Renown Medical System! Renown must elevate and reward Providers such as Ms. Olivia because they deserve to be elevated and rewarded! Many times, I have suffered through appointments with Providers who I clearly realized, didn’t really give a crap about me and the very real health issues I am facing, and acted like they were just there because it was their job and paycheck! Not Ms. Olivia! In my meeting with her, I could easily see that she actually cared for me as an individual and acutely interested in providing the Care I needed! It is important for Renown to understand that being a great Health Provider from an MD, or Nurse Practitioner, or Assistant is a Calling, Not just a job! My two cents!
