Olivia Zacari is always a breath of fresh air. This has been my 3rd Wellness appointment with her and I absolutely love her!!! I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to these appointments.

I love Olivia, but I cannot recommend Renown or Kaiser Permanente going forward because they terminated their relationship with my PCP of 35 years. BIG MISTAKE! I leave Senior Care Plus effective 10.1.2026 and will be under the care of your competitor, the Prominence Advantage Plan, which allows access to all the wonderful doctors at Ralston Family Physicians. I look forward to using other competent and caring healthcare facilities in northern Nevada, none of which shall have the name Renown or Kaiser on their doors. To reiterate... big mistake!

Olivia is amazing! She is thorough, listens well, gives recommendations where she is comfortable and is a calming, confident professional. Both times I have visited here she left me with the feeling of a productive appointment and I look forward to accessing her for any and all future health issues. I really like that she sounds like her organization works together as a team and she wouldn’t hesitate to seek consultation with her doctors and PAs if she feels the need to

Olivia was excellent. She asked me thoroughly what my symptoms were, my pain levels were, prescribed medicine that helped, and was even instrumental in proactively making additional appointments, getting a quick referral to urology and to my primary care physician. So I appreciated those extra steps. It was unusual amongst primary care docs, and I thought that that was just excellent service. All right, thanks.

I thought both the medical assistant and the doctor were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I liked the follow-up from the doctor on my test results.

Staff very knowledgeable and caring. I felt they listened to my concerns and made notes in my medical history. The flu shot I received was painless and so happy I was able to get this seasonal vaccine at this time.

Providers office reached out before visit as they had seen surgical records of orthopedic surgery and were concerned about my mobility and if I could get to the clinic OK. They offered an in home visit if walking or transportation was a problem. They had apparently not seen physical therapy notes that I had made great progress and had gone from wheelchair to walker and now to cane. It is good to know though if this becomes an issue in the future that service is available
