Dr. Cat talked about things in my medical history I didn't know about such as having [ ]. She is very thorough and listens to everything I have to say. She doesn't dismiss my concerns but if she feels it is not pertinent to my [ ], she'll explain why. I REALLY appreciate that she does that!

It was very nice to have an appointment where the provider listened and took time to understand. I know she was very busy and possibly rushed but she never made me feel that way. I felt like she wanted to get to know me and my concerns. She wasn't just reading off the information and giving me standard replies. I feel like this type of care is rare nowadays and I so appreciate Cat!

Compared to the last provider from this office, Catherine was OUTSTANDING!! She listened to me, we talked about my existing conditions being cared for by other specialists, and she didn't talk down to me or be condescending. This was a very pleasant visit and Catherine sets the example of what a healthcare provider should be.

This was a first visit to establish a new relationship. I was impressed that Cat had reviewed my files, had identified a concern she wanted to follow up on, and also was interested in helping me accomplish what I wanted to accomplish during the visit. Her follow up after the appointment has been excellent.
