My experience at the facility was super amazing from the time I parked, it was my 1st visit to this place, I had to ask a employee for directions, he was super helpful, and my visit with the doctor was I felt I she cared and really mattered about me and my concerns, gave me a open line to her for future concerns, and will be following up with after a procedure to go over some results, after leaving the office on my way back to my car, I saw the same employee thanked him again and he (Walter) offered to give me a ride back to my car. I had a really great experience. So Thank you.

The waiting room was beautiful, and I enjoyed the video screen playing calming scenes from nature in vivid color. The temperature was comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant. Dr. Manguso was respectful and kind and explained procedures to me with clarity. His manner was professional and caring. Overall, a positive experience that exceeded my expectations.

I was treated very well and I can, I like the professionalism that I encountered and not only the professionalism, but how friendly and courteous the staff was there, from the doctor all the way down to the receptionist. And I would recommend Renault to anyone. As a matter of fact, I made a comment, a couple comments. This is more like a resort than a hospital because it's so beautiful in there. Anyway, so far I have no complaints whatsoever. And it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Dr Menon combines professional knowledge with the ability to communicate extremely effectively. During an appointment Dr Menon displays a genuine interest in engaging with the patient. His office also displays the same high level of patient support. I would give him a very high rating amongst Oncologist!!

It was my first time at renown and I had a good feel for the hospital the moment I walked in. There was no waiting. I was put in a room to wait for the doctor immediately. Dr Patel was able to set my mind at ease with the condition I'm in. He took his time with me and answered all my questions.

Well, as i even said to several staff. I never felt such care. What I value the most is feeling that we have known each and able to speak freely. The My Chart app is perfect. Easy to follow and allows me to take comfort in knowing if some thing needs to be addressed the answers are easy to get
