Dr. Hardacre was probably one of the most patient, thorough, best doctor experiences that I've had in a long time, taking the time to write everything on the board so that I fully understood where I was in the process, and I very much appreciated it.

My experience with Lillian Morton was good. I had been sick prior two weeks and was trying to get a call back. Staff i did speak to were not helpful and basically scolded me for calling in.

I was impressed every step of the process - from the scheduler who phoned me to the advocate who followed up with insurance coverage details, to the person at reception (I went ti the wrong place first and they were very polite and told me to just go down the corridor and I would find the correct place). Then the nurse and doctor were excellent. They provided me with a kind, efficient, and knowledgeable consultation.

Dr. Menon listens and truly cares about Charley’s overall health. We had a bad experience with his first hematologist, Dr. Harry is a breath of fresh air.

This was a virtual visit but everything went very well. The hook-up went smoothly and the doctor had the information on my blood work so she was able to give me a good evaluation. I look forward to more virtual visits.
