Everything was explained to me so well that I had no questions whatsoever. I was told exactly what I would feel and how long it would last. I was given explicit instructions about what to do afterward. What could have been l a scary experience became quite doable.

The technicians were amazing. They were so understanding that I am claustrophobic. They explained everything as they went along and took the mask off every time there was something we had to wait for. I truly appreciated the way they made me comfortable. Dr Patel also came in and made sure all the calibrations were correct. He is such a professional and has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Schwarzberg and his staff of phenomenal nurses provide the most excellent care. And I especially appreciate, well, they saved my life, but the post-cancer treatment also. So thank you for not forgetting me, even though I have finished treatment. But I do think that Dr. Schwarzberg and his team are remarkable. Thank you.

Dr. Hardacre was patient, thoughtful and entertaining which I appreciated as a cancer diagnosis is terrifying no matter what. He was thorough in explaining everything and very compassionate as was the support staff. Thank you for the magnificent care.

This Dr seemed to care about my opinion. I stopped going to cancer care specialists, since they were only worried about prolonging my life not the quality of my life. I am doing much better without big pharama and have been able to have quality over quantity. This Dr listen and gave his opinion. He asked questions and said that he understood every case is different.

Lillian took care of my spouse a couple of years ago as he had Pancreatic cancer and she was one of our most trusted, knowledgeable, caring & positive practitioners we had. I was so happy to see her on my team. She listens, never makes you feel rushed, answers questions making sure you understand, has a sense of humor & gives practical advice on things to do in your home to make this experience more palatable/successful.
In short, Lillian is a gem. Renown/Reno is so fortunate to have her, as are we patients receiving her care.

Dr. Hardacre was really amazing. I wish I would have got him at the very beginning of my care, or he would have seen my file at the beginning of my care. Then I could have had my care with renown instead of hot scotch. Tell Dr. Hardacre. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

All the people I meet at dr Menon’s office, are incredible. Nice, efficient, professional and they put you at ease. And dr Menon is simply the best. Such a good physician. And… also very caring. Have not words enough to praise him.

They have taken excellent care of me since I became a patient. To show my appreciation I bake cookies or cake and take it to Oncology, Breast Cancer Surgery and the Chemotherapy area the day of my appointment.

Dr. Menon deleted the drug that was creating all the side effect problems. So hopefully this takes care of the issues and we're waiting for the new pill to be approved and dispensed.

The oncology team in Dr. Menon’s office has always been very considerate, caring and compassionate. I will have been a patient there for one year on July 5 and they have always been wonderful.
