I found that Christina Alsop, the physician assistant for Dr. [last name], is just excellent, as is Dr. [last name], as all the staff is, but I really like Christina and I really love Dr. [last name] because I'm in treatment for cancer and it's a very upsetting and trying time. So I recommend them highly, okay?

Dr. Harry Menon is a man of integrity with excellent bedside manner. I think very highly of him as he has come through on every promise made.
The nursing staff is second to none. They are well trained, kind, courteous, and very professional With a wonderful sense of humor.

I'm very happy with Dr. Katharine Thomas. She's changed my life and gave me good instructions and I understood everything she told me very clearly and she made sure of that. And I am going to follow her instructions completely. So anyway, if I said she's a 10 and the services there at the place are a 10, it's because they are. I was very, very happy with the doctor and the staff. Thank you.

I was quite nervous before the bone marrow biopsy, but it helped immeasurably that the nurse Beth was friendly and worked to dispel my fears. She told me that Lillian had performed hundreds of the biopsies and outlined the specifics of what to expect during the procedure. When I was introduced to Lillian she was warm and personable and essentially repeated the information that Beth had shared. The procedure was uncomfortable, but I knew I was in good hands. I feel self-conscious because I was less than stoic, but Lillian stayed to reassure me that my reaction was OK. I appreciated her very calm demeanor and acceptance of my feelings. I left the office feeling a bit embarrassed but not humiliated.
