Since I've had my cancer, I've had Dr. [ ] and Christina and they are both wonderful. Christina is an excellent nurse. She knows so much and they're just very caring. I just wanted to say that I just have never been to any doctors or nurse that has taken such good care of me. Thank you.

I found after reading the notes that AI is now offered for visit summary. It stated I had agreed to this. I did not agree to this. It is not more accurate and I did find a discrepancy.
