She definitely took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed. Also, she explains medical concepts in a non-medical way which was helpful for me to understand some of the issues.

I feel heard here. Everyone is professional and caring. The new fancy chairs that weigh you are off by about 10-12 lbs though, but they are new and probably need to be calibrated. ?

In my opinion, Ms. Morton is an exceptional provider. She's extremely thorough, seems to be very insightful, have a wide range of knowledge, not in addition to her specific specialty. I think it all comes together to provide a very thorough and effective approach. So I must say I really appreciate her efforts.

Hi, I met Dr. Menon, my primary care physician, guided me to him. The ladies at the desk were courteous, and Dr. Menon gives an absolute feeling of comfort and trust. And so I'm so glad he's in charge of me now. So I asked him if he'd be my oncologist, and he said he would. So my experience was, well, I'm worried, but I understand that the procedure to get bone morrow is necessary, and I hope it will be as painless as possible, but we do need the results. I trust him. I am comfortable at Renown, where I am.

Dr. Manguso is a terrific doctor! He's articulate, explained in detail what he will do while performing surgery, drew diagrams for me, is friendly and smart.
I was told 1-2 weeks till procedure. Hospital hasn't called to schedule yet. It's been 5 days....

Nurse Kristi is fantastic. She knows her stuff, is tremendously interested, knowledgeable and follows up. She has kept me on track for testing, and is excellent at helping me with side effects and complications.
