Dr. Greene is very knowledgeable and explains in language I understand; listens to my concerns and is very professional and cordial. First doctor I can remember that has ever called me after blood work is down and goes over it with me.

Appointments are timely. Dr Greene is very personable and seems genuinely concerned with improving your health. He explains everything thoroughly and is open to your questions and concerns. When test results or other issues warrant, he actually calls, himself, to discuss it with you. I highly recommend the practice, but, especially, Dr Greene. Also, this is part of the Baptist Heslth system. So, your records are immediately available at any Baptist facility, making treatment by their professionals better as they know your health history.

Check in is easy, the ladies know what they are doing and have been there awhile. Mostly I love my doctor! Dr. Portalatin is the absolute best and he’s been my PCP for close to 30 years! He runs behind but is extremely thorough and I know when I’m seen, I will get that same kind of attention from him. He always takes the time to answer questions and is easy to talk with. He is worth the wait.

The receptionist in the office are always so friendly and knowledgeable and thorough so are the nsts that check your vital signs and everything in the back of the office. When I send messages or ask questions I'm always able to get answers I have been going to Baptist Primary Care since 2009

The office staff is really friendly! I love Dr. Greene! I've been coming here for over 25 years and I have no complaints! The ladies at the front are awesome as well!
I hate bloodwork but they even make that tolerable. Everybody i have encountered has been pleasant.
