I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Oum. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard and taken seriously — which, unfortunately, hasn’t always been my experience in healthcare.
What stands out most is how thorough and thoughtful they are. They don’t dismiss concerns or rush through explanations; instead, they take the time to really think through symptoms, patterns, and possibilities. It’s clear they stay up to date on current research and are willing to engage with complex or evolving medical topics rather than defaulting to surface-level answers.
I’ve consistently felt supported, respected, and included in decisions about my care. Even when dealing with uncertainty, they approach things carefully and proactively, making me feel safe and confident rather than anxious or brushed off. That level of attentiveness and curiosity is rare and incredibly meaningful as a patient.
This is the kind of doctor who restores your faith in medicine — knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in patient well-being. I’m very grateful to be under their care and would recommend them without hesitation.

We love this office. The providers listen to our needs and take their time with my children’s appts. We never have a wait and are seen promptly. I enjoy brining my kids here. All of the staff is great.

Everyone is very kind and professional and treat you like you’re the only patient and that you’re important to them. They’re very friendly from the front desk to the nurse that takes you back and especially Dr. Greene who actually listens to me and asked me the right questions. If I have labs he personally calls to give results and to see if you have questions. I give this office an11 out of 10.

I'm fairly new and I became aware of this "Baptist Physicians Group," while driving a friend there. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. I will recommend them to "Everyone," because of the whole experience. Dr. J. Oum, is kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. I'm very happy joining their practice.
