IT IS A PLEASURE TO GO THE REGENCY OFFICE. THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND BRIGHT. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED. THE WAIT TIME IS VERY SHORT UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED TO GO BACK.

The front desk ladies are great. The assistants are very polite and pleasant. Claire Byrd was new to me but I was pleased with her input about my problems. I will miss Dr. [last name]. He was the most caring Dr. I had ever experienced.
