The entire Staff is so welcoming and helpful. They are all organized and each one does their job very well. You do not have to wait very long to be seen. You get in and out rather quickly. The office is pleasant and very clean. I feel very comfortable there.

The check in was easy. I like the pre check option. The waiting room was very clean. Comfy chairs. Appointment was on time. The Dr was awesome. Listened to my concerns. Excellent visit. Would recommend.

APRN Byrd and all the staff were excellent! I was feeling very sick and from the appointments staff, the front desk staff, the nurse and the APRN they were all very prompt, friendly caring, attentive and professional. Also the clinic looks very nice and clean.

I was able to get a same day appointment, I didn’t have to wait long in either the front waiting area or the exam room, the office was clean, and everyone was so friendly.

My provider, Ms. Claire Byrd, is an absolute gem! She is always cheerful, attentive, and takes the time to help me with whatever I need. Of course I do not enjoy trips to a medical facility, but I always look forward to seeing her. Thank you for taking care of me!
