I have been going to Baptist Primary Care over by Regency for 15 years. I have always been treated with respect and my doctors have always been understanding they listen. My doctor helps me with any health issues I may have. The people in the lab are all very good and so are the nurses that help the doctor in the exam rooms.

A heads up not to eat anything before the visit. I did not realize I was going to have blood work done. Also, a little confused with the scheduling of other appointments, (i.e. mammograms). I received an automated call from Baptist and I couldn't do the prompts because I was unsure if it was for mammogram, bone density, or cardiologist.

The front desk was very helpful. They had to help me with the needed photo stuff. The blood draw for testing was quick and painless. She did a great job finding my small vein.
