Everyone very nice and helpful. Dr. Oum shows concern for your problems and asks if you have any questions after he explains anything regarding your problems. His nurse is very pleasant and shows concern, always has a smile on her face.

Everything. All staff and doctor I saw are friendly, efficient and thorough. Lab excellent and being on site is nice. Reports and pharmacy orders very efficient. Location is good and quiet and building and grounds lively

Friendly and helpful check in staff along with a professional and thorough medical staff. We sure hope that Baptist and Florida Blue can come to a mutual agreement. We have been receiving medical care for over a decade at BPC and would hate to go elsewhere.

I've always been a big fan of Regency Baptist - the staff is amazingly professional and friendly. the new setup will take some time to get used to, but that's called change - we been frequenting this location for near 30 years - prior to its move from University Blvd. Kudos to the entire staff!!
