Dr Oum is will to listen to every question and answer them. I appreciate that he doesn’t think I’m wasting time with my questions …and he never gives the impression he’s in a hurry to get to the next patent.

Baptist provides exceptional care, from the doctors and nurses to the entire support staff. Everyone I encountered was caring, attentive, and thorough in their knowledge and treatment. As a woman, I've often experienced having my medical concerns dismissed or minimized, but that is absolutely not the case here. The team is respectful, helpful, and genuinely listens, taking my concerns seriously. Dr. Oum and Kelcie are compassionate, effective, and I always leave feeling well-cared for!
