Dr. Henry Greene is competent, yet personable. He listens and is willing to consider reasonable requests even if outside ordinary protocols. Staff is professional, yet friendly; they talk to you like you matter to them. Came to the office from another Babtist Primary Care office where I was not happy at all with the new doctor to whom I was assigned. Can't say enough good about BPC Regency...!

Absolutely fantastic front office staff. Probably the best I've ever seen. Marta and the other employees at the front were very helpful and efficient. Both the nurses and the doctor that I saw were great and I wasn't left waiting for long. I have definitely found my new doctor's office.

The office is very clean and appears well managed and organized. Staff personnel I had contact with at my initial visit were very helpful, polite, and professional. Location was a prime requisite, met my expectations, and there was ample parking in the lot. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my choice in coming to Baptist Health. I look forward to future visits for my health care needs with such talented and wonderful individuals.

Everything is clean. Everyone is friendly. Quick in and out if you are on time of course. Dr. Greene is proficient in answering questions if you have any. Also, he asks if you have any questions for him. I love the whole environment of the office.
