The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. Amanda is very thorough in explaining what will be done including all of the what-if's. It was a little scary to know ALL the what-if's before we got there. Thank God we didn't get there!!

This was my first visit with Amanda and she truly made me feel comfortable and relaxed, it was like I was her only patient. She took her time to share with me what was going on with my medical situation and answered all of my questions throughly. I walked in feeling a little nervous and called out of her office feeling so much more relieved, especially since I now had a much better understanding of how to care for my situation and what warning signs I should look for if my situation gets out of control. MyMichigan is lucky to have such an employee like Amanda!!

Last time we were there our appointment was for 9:15 and waited until 11:20 to see the doctor for a 10 min appt, Also, the day of surgery I waited 2 hrs to have my surgery done after I was scheduled at 11 am. Dr is very thorough and answered all my questions during visits.

All their staff at the appointment was very knowledgeable on the topic at hand and explained everything in an easy manner to understand. They even wrote down a summary of my chart to review with me instead of just asking every question again at the first visit which made the visit go quicker and smooth.

I was extremely happy with Lynn McCormick at the appointment I had fir my kidney stones. She was really informing about kidney stones since I neaver had them before. Showed me the cat. Scan Results and pointed out just where the stones were. Explained how the surgery would go and what was going to be done. Left there feeling better about my stones than when I came in. Would recommend her to my family and friends.
