Let me make a general statement about the care I received from EVERY ONE involved in my care for a kidney stone. From the triage nurse(?) and nurses and staff in the emergency room, to the whole staff in the observation(?) area, to the doctors and staff involved in both of my trips to the emergency room, to the post-op testing, to my follow-up appointment with NP Kramer, I could not have asked for more competent and concerned care. They addressed my needs, kept me informed of what was being done, and have followed up thoroughly. I could not be more satisfied.

Any questions she has an answer for him. She has a nurse named Mercedes that taught me more about my catheters than I ever knew. I appreciate that.

Dr. McCormick is wonderful all the way around. Even my family feels this way. She's excellent at listening and very compassionate. She explains things kindly and is willing to answer all my questions before moving on. Very blessed I was assigned to her!
