Everyone is very nice and seems concerned and wanting to help at the Mt. Pleasant location. However trying to get an appointment there is extremely difficult. I was rescheduled 3 months in a row with very little understanding that I was unable to go to the Midland location. It took almost 4 months to get to see Dr. Witzke. She is wonderful, very professional and caring.

Dr. Karla is very knowledgeable. I love her “to the point communication” and giving her honest opinion. She is very caring and goes beyond expectations in thinking through health concerns and options.

Everyone at this office was nice and professional. When discussing my health future Melissa seemed to walk in with a chip on her shoulder and it continued throughout our discussion. I am open to a new procedure she explained to me but I don't have much information about it so now that I'm home trying to explain it to my family I have nothing to help me. She did show me something on the computer . If I'm correct she said she wasn't even trained in it yet. When I tried to make an appointment the secretary could not. Explain that. My family is not happy with all of these problems and I'm starting to get scared of this procedure myself.

Everyone from the receptionist to the check out person was courteous, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. We even encountered an employee who saw we were turned around and confused about our exit point and she stopped without us asking and helped us find the correct exit.

Can't say enough positive things. I'm extremely grateful for Dr. McCormick and the care she provides. She has been am incredible blessing throughout this whole mess. I've bragged about her to everyone who will listen. Absolutely top tier on knowledge, bedside manner, care, compassion, collaboration with U of M for me, she is stellar!!

There were inaccuracies in the history section of the notes. I have not taken Myrbetriq or Trospium since the insertion of the Axonics sacral nerve stimulator [DATE]. Otherwise, I had a positive experience. My concerns were addressed.

I saw Dr Witzke in her office after a recent length they stay in the hospital where it was discovered I had a significant bladder infection along with passing blood. She was incredibly polite, kind informed about my health issues and explained the in-office procedure completely and allowed me to ask any questions or concerns. She was a wonderful person and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of her services.
