I recommend this office to any and all. Please do NOT get rid of telehealth it makes it much easier for my dad to attend he has a decline in his ambulatory status as a result I person appointments would be extremely difficult.

She was very informative and explained everything in a way that I understood . Help come up with a plan for my care that was acceptable to both of us and ordered a test that wad suppose to have been ordered by the Dr months ago.

Was not happy that they didn't change my dad's catheter as they said they were. The nurse came in and asked me to transfer him from his wheelchair to the bed and get him undressed which I am not able to do safely nor have I ever had to do so instead they decided not to change the catheter and sent instructions back to [removed name of facility] to change it. The staff and dr. have to know he is an [AGE] year old dementia patient and as his son I don't think I should have to transfer him etc., very dissapointed in this. Otherwise very happy with the dr and the staff (normally).

I appreciate this practice very much. My one negative experience in the past 12 months was phoning the physician exchange over the weekend for a possible emergent situation and receiving no return call.

First time to this provider and she was wonderful. Sat and discussed my health and answered all of my questions. Extremely great bed side manner. Her nurse was also so kind and reassuring during the visit. Probably the best doc visit I have had in recent years.
