Austyn did an excellent job of explaining results of surgery and results of tests and imaging. Her manner was professional and positive, and she gave a thorough exposition of the procedures performed, from entry in ED to post-op follow-up meeting.

Did a very competent session. I felt the schedule availability wasn't patiently friendly, but my visit needs are rare, and therefore always urgent do to lack of appropriate knowledge.

Austin was very caring and gentle. Considerate of his feelings about being at the office for an appointment he wasn’t excited about. She explained things on his level and took the time to answer questions.
