Was not happy that they didn't change my dad's catheter as they said they were. The nurse came in and asked me to transfer him from his wheelchair to the bed and get him undressed which I am not able to do safely nor have I ever had to do so instead they decided not to change the catheter and sent instructions back to [removed name of facility] to change it. The staff and dr. have to know he is an [AGE] year old dementia patient and as his son I don't think I should have to transfer him etc., very dissapointed in this. Otherwise very happy with the dr and the staff (normally).

I appreciate this practice very much. My one negative experience in the past 12 months was phoning the physician exchange over the weekend for a possible emergent situation and receiving no return call.

First time to this provider and she was wonderful. Sat and discussed my health and answered all of my questions. Extremely great bed side manner. Her nurse was also so kind and reassuring during the visit. Probably the best doc visit I have had in recent years.

I've had the pleasure of having Austyn as my medical care professional. She is very friendly and smiles a lot, which is comforting when talking about your health. She answers every question I have and I never feel like she is rushing to get to the next appointment. I would highly recommend seeing her.

She is VERY good And VERY Careing . She explains things so I can understand what is wrong and what she is going to do to find out what is wrong if she doesn’t know what is wrong She consults with others if she has doubts as what is wrong I would be very comfortable seeing her if Dr. is not available.She is the Best . Just don’t want her to get so good that I can’t get into her either ☹️
