What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This office is very reassuring which is important since it deals with things like prostate cancer (which I don't have) and a T.U.R.P. procedure (which I will have). Things like those can be scary. They explain everything where I can understand it. While I am a bit nervous about it, the way it was explained to me put me much more at ease.

Karla witzke is awesome. I feel that when I want to t a lk to her the other office personal always says o we talk to her but when I talk to karla herself the message hardly reaches her and I dont get the care dr actually wants

Great staff/Dr. But feel there is a strong need for more urologist as the waiting time both in the waiting room and scheduling appointments.last 2 times I have had appointments they needed to reschedule and also, waiting in the waiting room for one and half hours is not exceptable

I would rate it Excellent overall except for the issue in September of taking 20 plus days from first call from Walmart pharmacy to completion at Walgreens. I have lived and worked in many states and the fact that you have to go through so many different calls and prior authorization multiple times for a drug that is scheduled 4 .
