Great staff/Dr. But feel there is a strong need for more urologist as the waiting time both in the waiting room and scheduling appointments.last 2 times I have had appointments they needed to reschedule and also, waiting in the waiting room for one and half hours is not exceptable

I would rate it Excellent overall except for the issue in September of taking 20 plus days from first call from Walmart pharmacy to completion at Walgreens. I have lived and worked in many states and the fact that you have to go through so many different calls and prior authorization multiple times for a drug that is scheduled 4 .

Dr. Karla is the best. She has always went the extra mile in her service. She has incredible insight and bedside manner. She is very thorough in reviewing tests and knowing what the important issues are pointed to in the test. Incredibly kind person in service delivery. Best ever!
