She was the 1st Dt that gave me attention and was so informative that I ever had in my [age] years I was so comfortable thank you so much

Dr. McCormack has been phenomenal. She has taken her time with me and given me 100% attention when I'm infront of her. She came prepared with my history and never misspoke or confused me with another patient. She has been the absolute best provider I have come across in a long time with a long history of many different specialists. I hope the hospital takes good care of her. Her nurse and other providers I've interacted with so far have also been stellar. Front reception- Courtney D - was not a good addition to this team. She set me up dreading the care I was walking into. I came to the desk to be greeted with 'name'. My whole interaction with her she was curt and abrasive to me. The nurse and Doctor made up for this, but I'd suggest some customer service training or consequence for her. It's unfair to the rest of the team to get a patient worked up prior to going back to see them. Also a poor reflection of the care provided by the hospital.

I loved her!!!!! The staff is great as well.

Dr. McCormick and nurse MacKenzie are the absolute best!!! Urology is very blessed to have them on staff! Thank you for all that you do!
