In particular Rachael made things happen in a complicated situation and was able to make the arrangements for me to see Dr. McCormick on relatively short notice when another doctor could not be found/contacted. I told the family Lynn offered thoughts and meds I was never asked about. I was so thankful to get in to see her. I was so grateful she listened to all I had to say. She didn’t rush through this appointment with me. She even showed me my scan and explained things to me. All in all very pleased and happy with this visit.

All their staff at the appointment was very knowledgeable on the topic at hand and explained everything in an easy manner to understand. They even wrote down a summary of my chart to review with me instead of just asking every question again at the first visit which made the visit go quicker and smooth.

I was extremely happy with Lynn McCormick at the appointment I had fir my kidney stones. She was really informing about kidney stones since I neaver had them before. Showed me the cat. Scan Results and pointed out just where the stones were. Explained how the surgery would go and what was going to be done. Left there feeling better about my stones than when I came in. Would recommend her to my family and friends.

Can't say enough positive things. I'm extremely grateful for Dr. McCormick and the care she provides. She has been am incredible blessing throughout this whole mess. I've bragged about her to everyone who will listen. Absolutely top tier on knowledge, bedside manner, care, compassion, collaboration with U of M for me, she is stellar!!

Dr McCormick is very discreet enjoyable to talk to easy to understand has a great sense of humor and knows her stuff. The nurse I believe her name was Rachel she was great to talk to and so down to earth. I don't like being around stuffy boring people

Everything was wonderful. Checked in and waited maybe 5 minutes before being taken back. Dr. McCormick was in to see me right away. Very kind and excellent bedside manner. Answered all my questions and concerns, even addressed new concerns that occurred while waiting for appointment. I was very happy with service provided by the entire team.
