The Urology department is overloaded. Due to only one Urologist for MULTIPLE major locations. Appointments are canceled or deferred to assistants.

They do a good job checking me because I have a problem that I grow kidney stones and they keep on top of it to see what we need to do about removing them or just watching them for a while to make sure I don't have any pain or problems with the stones

She spoke fast and talked a lot of technical terms I know quit a bit but it was so fast I wasn’t sure if she was asking me what I wanted or what i needed. She left it up to me what I wanted to do. . Maybe try explaining slower not using big medical terminology. She’s super smart and super nice, not talking down about her.

We had about an hour wait. I guess that is the thing that set the tone for our visit. Frankly, there doesn’t seem t be any other providers in this field so I guess we’re stuck

I called two days in a row and sent a my chart message to office before I could get someone to help me. I left two messages for the nurses and never got a call back!! Melissa looked for my MyChart message at my visit and it wasn’t there. There must have been a computer issue.

I have been with Melissa Kramer for a long time now. I trust her judgement and value her opinion. I have many questions to ask so I always write them down. She never rushes me and always answers all my questions. When I ask if I could make an adjustment with my medications, or try another way of taking them. she always listens and gives me advice as to what I should do. I'm very happy that I have Melissa Kramer on my health care team. She is highly recommended along with the Urology Department.
