If there would have been an option higher than "Excellent", I would have checked that box! I NEVER thought I'd find a provider I liked as much as Dr. Witzke, then I met Melissa 😯. I'm quite impressed; Dr. Witzke must have hand-picked her! But it's not just the providers, their staff is so far over the top, I can't sing THEIR praises loud enough! I needed a little extra instruction/encouragement/hand-holding and (I hope I don't mess up any names), Madison, Brittany and Mercedes came through with flying colors, not once but TWICE! I can't even begin to thank them for all their help and support!

The staff listens to your concerns. I feel valued and the two way conversations add to a better, quicker diagnosis. For more senior patients its easy to get lost in the details and the phone or email followup helps. call in for a prescription is quick too. I am very pleased.

The Urology department is overloaded. Due to only one Urologist for MULTIPLE major locations. Appointments are canceled or deferred to assistants.

They do a good job checking me because I have a problem that I grow kidney stones and they keep on top of it to see what we need to do about removing them or just watching them for a while to make sure I don't have any pain or problems with the stones

She spoke fast and talked a lot of technical terms I know quit a bit but it was so fast I wasn’t sure if she was asking me what I wanted or what i needed. She left it up to me what I wanted to do. . Maybe try explaining slower not using big medical terminology. She’s super smart and super nice, not talking down about her.
