Melissa is professional, caring, and patient. She took time to listen to my wants/needs. She made sure my scripts for meds were sent to my pharmacy shortly after I spoke with her. I would definitely recommend her to others!

We are very satisfied with the care we get from the Urology department. Sometimes appointments get backed up and there is a waiting time which happened on this visit but Melissa did not hurry through our appointment to try to make up time to get back on schedule. She gave us her full attention and didn’t rush us through.
