What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Just started with Dr. Phillips. We have tried some medicine and I have had some reactions. We are working to try to get this worked out. I’m still having headaches, and abdomen pain.

The partial program is excellent and very helpful. Dr . Bills and the rest of the program/office staff are knowledgeable, caring, and efficient.

Dr. O is a very compassionate and patient doctor. When our children's mental health needed attention, we didn't know where to turn. One recommendation led us to a doctor that has had a positive impact on both of our children. We cannot thank him enough for helping in our time of need.

He seemed very distracted. I don't feel like my son got the attention he deserved. More meds were ordered than were needed.

What can I say! She is simply the best! If it wasn’t for her help and guidance I wouldn’t be doing as good as I am. Casey brought me out of a very dark place and I am so grateful for her!

I would tell family and friends that Dr. O is extremely good and caring and attentive. And I would recommend him highly.

I would recommend the many different types of programs your office has to offer. Miss the many changes though. I have faith I will get used to them though.

She is willing to work with me on my medications. That means a lot to me. I know I need medicine -I am somewhat concerned about being 'over-medicated.'

I cannot say - perhaps listening to my fears about being too medicated forever - it is something present in my mind....

I feel comfortable talking with him. He listens and gives you his feedback. I needed prescription for going out of the country in a very limited time. His front desk ladies helped me calm down and sent a red flag to Dr O. I was very luky to have them all help me get my med.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I needed to ask for refill quick without waiting and avoiding last minute rush.

Casey has been accommodating and understanding. She has helped me get through the beginning of grief with ptsd. She has listened and she treats you like you’re her only patient.

Dr. Bills showed concern for me in recent difficulties I’ve experienced with my depression and anxiety. He worked conscientiously with me to find ways for me to improve my situation.

She listens, really listens. She takes everything I have to say into consideration and discusses the detriments and benefits of what I am saying and gives ways to deal with things.

It's really hard to pick one thing because they're always very supportive and very helpful.

We have been trying to set up a patient portal for our daughter. The office has been no help with this. They tell us to check the website and call the number, and we always get referred back to the office.

This appointment was rescheduled several times which is frustrating and he only has in person visits on Wednesdays which is not always convenient. I understand he took over for another Doctor but I wish we hadn't been pushed out months and months.
