Dr. Bill’s is my favorite doctor. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Beginning with our very first appointment he has been interested in me as well as my health. I mean truly interested not just a a doctor asking about medical issues. He cares about me as a person.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was in the Partial hospitalization program last week for 2 1/2 days. The staff and Dr. Bill’s were so nice and kind and answered all my questions or sent me to somebody who would know more than them. I had to leave the program suddenly but definitely will come back if I need to.

Dr. Bills is excellent. He makes it easy to talk about the challenges I am having and always makes me feel comfortable talking through solutions. I would recommend him to anybody looking

Jinge Phillips is by far the best psychiatric provider I’ve ever seen. She is so respectful and knows how to help me on my mental health journey!

This is hands down the most informative and helpful psychiatrist that I have came across. I had a very negative viewpoint about psychiatrists until I came across Dr. Esang, he looks at the whole picture, listens, and genuinely seems to care very much, unlike most psychiatrists I’ve came across with the majority appearing to be cold, callus, and disassociated from the challenges you try to manage on a daily basis. He was very empathetic and open to ideas.

He is kind, professional, and comes off as a person that truly cares. I will and have recommended him several times.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. E is great, he has listened to all of how I’m feeling emotionally, how it is affecting multiple aspects of my life including home, work, life overall. He shows deep compassion and so far I’ve only had 1 visit. I’m so glad I went to see him. Other psychiatrists have always brushed off my symptoms. He’s actually trying to find what works for me. I know it may be a long journey, but as long as he’s in my corner I know I’ll be okay.

Caring, listens and explores many diagnosis’s that are often ignored in women’s mental health. Strategically prescribes medications based on previous reactions, pros and cons, and safely. Checks on patients, and ensures comfortability, provides options of medications. 10/10 would recommend and will forever see him even if insurance refuses to cover. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my mental health medications

I am deaf. Shame is extremely patient with me. If I need her to repeat something she will. If I am having a hard time, she will write on pad and put by camera. I left Michigan for almost 2 years.without hesitation I returned to look for her. Dr. JINGE is very down to earth, she really cares.

I would say that once I was onboarded as a patient with this provider I have absolutely no complaints and only positive things to say about my experience. Except for the music that is on-loop in the practice. It's...unoffensive but after several recurring visits it has begun to drive me up the wall a little bit.
