Janelle genuinely listens and genuinely seems to care about her patients. She is easy to talk to about whatever health issues you may be facing. She has never been judgmental and has always been helpful.

He and his staff are always kind, courteous and professional. Dr Chander is a great listener, and is very knowledgeable. Visits aren’t rushed, so you feel comfortable asking questions, or having a discussion.

Dr. Chander and all of his staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have never had an appointment that all of my concerns weren’t addressed. Thank you to Dr. Chander and his excellent practitioners.

I respect Dr. Chander and he’s a great doctor. Sometimes too busy . But he does listen and check into things. I need that from him and his staff as great as well.

Dr Chander has always been respectful and courteous and very professional. He’s always went up and beyond what was expected of him as a doctor and I appreciate it very much. He is very knowledgeable and thorough internal medicine doctor and I’m happy he is my and my wife’s physician.

He and the providers are fabulous! The nurses and MA’s are fabulous!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Beckman is the only doctor in Sault ste Marie who believes in informed consent and actually cares about his patients. I hope he's making a half million dollars a year at minimum.

Our daughter has many different medical complexities, but I’ve always felt that Dr. Beckman was the right fit for her care and he genuinely cares. He’s very thorough in office and also extremely supportive when we need his advice when the office is closed and I’m able to contact him with ease.

You can't count on the same person being there each time as the employer thinks it is better to keep switching people around so they all can do any job. A receptionist might lead you 6to the exam room on your next visit or be in a complete different doctor's office the next time. For me it makes it very disconcerting.

Going to Dr. Chander's. Office is a great experience. Everyone there is kind and professional and treats me as though I'm the best patient ever. They worked hard to help me with a chronic problem and solved it.

Everyone in the office is very easy to work with. Erin got back to me at 7am when I was having a semi-emergency and continued to help as the day went on. Dr. Chander takes great care of me and treats me as if I were his favorite patient. I like going to this office and I'm generally not fond

Janelle Nash is the been physician assistant I’ve ever seen. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. The office personnel are the best I have ever worked with and I see a lot of doctors. I have recommended her to several people and they are all pleased.

I cannot express enough how well taken care of as a patient I am by the Dr. Nash and her staff. Having been in multiple large medical systems throughout the country and government, the genuine care, respect, attention, spectrum of medical support, and professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Nash and her team is superb - and gives me great confidence in knowing my medical care is in great hands.
