I love Dr. Chander and wouldn’t want any other provider. I started seeing him medically at the worst time in my life. He is caring and knowledgeable and has brought me back to good health.

Jannelle is great. I think that she is short staffed, though, so it is hard to get an appointment within the same week, sometimes within the same month.

I highly recommend Dr Chander. He has been my doctor for over 14 years. He is very thorough and makes sure his patients are well taken care of whether it is under his care or by a referred specialist.

Dr. Chander is an excellent diagnostician, compassionate doctor, and empathizes with any difficulty you might have. He is generous with his time during the office visit. He is excellent in technology and encourages his patients to be. This last visit he recommended a new blood pressure monitor that integrates with an iphone app. I recommend him highly.

Provider is great but trying to schedule is not...appointments are booked out too far. When I inquired about a possible scenario when/if an acute issue may arise, and if there are appointments "saved" and spaced throughout the day/week for those situations they said not really. Staff stated patients should refer to urgent care or ED if needed for acute issues. I feel this is not quality care. If patients are to have a PCP and urged to go through that provider to rely on care, diagnostic tests or referrals for specialists,etc. then they should have availability for acute needs also. That PCP relationship is lost when urgent care usage is pushed.

The staff and Janelle are excellent they're always kind and thoughtful and concerned about my Healthcare and my needs I have a lot of issues and problems and they are always there trying to figure out the best way to help me and I appreciate them and they're caring ways.

I have already recommended Danielle to numerous folks in the area. I tell them she takes good care of me and they know how tough that is, so ;) But in all seriousness, the PTSD+ requires a certain handling at times especially in such a setting and I feel respected and looked out for, above and beyond. Danielle herself called me the next day after such an occasion, and that truly meant so much. Everyone else in the office has been super as well and I thank you all-
