Nash is a great PA. Always willing to listen and then explain things a normal person can understand. Makes you feel as she cares about you and not just another patiant that is just being sent thru the system

Janelle is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. I have a lot of issues and she listens to every single thing I say and she really wants to help me. Ive searched for years to find someone like her. Please keep her there!!!!!!

First Office Visit to Clinic = New Patient. Staff was very welcoming. Physician provided above and beyond care. Created a patient care plan together. Physician initiated care plan same day.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Janell Nash is an outstanding provider! She's thorough in her assessments and listens to her patients with respect and compassion . I would tell friends and family that it's very hard to get into see her without at least a 3-4 week wait because she's so popular. I would add that I felt blessed when the office was able to get me in within a couple of days when I saw something that was potentially pre-malignant. I felt additionally blessed because Janelle shared my concern and referred me to an oral surgeon right away. I am very, very grateful.

Both Janelle and her nurse Tia were so kind and welcoming. Both my daughter and I are happy we decided to establish care with them.

The front desk receptionist, the nurses and Drs including Janial Nash was very friendly , listened to my concerns and addressex my problems and refilled my meds according to my needs and timeline. Very professional yet kind .very pleased.

Janelle is kind and caring really sits down and listens to you and what issues you are having and helping you solve them and give you suggestions on what you can do and make out a plan or concern is excellent and her professional is even better makes you feel very comfortable talking to her

As much as I LOVE Jenelle Nash, I was NOT happy with the amount of times my appts were rescheduled with very little notice and then, when I would try to leave msgs to get them rescheduled, I was left untaken care of for MONTHS

I find that by not answering the phone, and having to leave a voice mail,I'm not getting a one on one conversation with receptionist or nurse,but I feel.its MiMichigan that bears the fault
