I have been seeing jannelle for the last 3 years. Her quality of care and empathy is unmatched , she is professional and her knowledge of medicine exceeds my expectations second to none. But it's her kindness and caring for me and my health is what sets her apart from any physician I have seen before.

Janell Nash is the best provider I have ever had. I have recommended her to family and friends who needed a new provider. Everyone has been very pleased with her. She is very knowledgeable, cares about people and always put her patients first. She has a wonderful bedside manner and if she does not know what’s wrong, she goes through whatever is needed to find the answers.

There are no accolades that can completely capture the care, the honesty, and the genuine concern that Janelle and her team gives, everytime wothout fail. It's one thing to be assigned a doctor, it's an entire another thing to say "Dr. Nash is MY doctor" with pride, appreciation, confidence, but more importantly - trust. That doesn't come easy, but every single visit - she earns it, time and again.

I’m not confident that the med tech took my vitals correctly. I indicated on the on line check in that I didn’t want a student but he came in anyway. I was there for over an hour but only with my doctor for 5 mins.

Takes her time and listens. Treats you as a person not a number. Reviewed my file before I came and referred to it during the appointment.

That Janelle is great, her student seemed good and was respectful. [Name of staff member redacted] seems like a reasonably nice person, but she tried to pressure me into coming into the exam room alone and that made me uncomfortable right off the bat. Engaging with medical personnel at all is especially stressful for me due to previous trauma history and it took everything I had not to walk out after my first interaction with [staff member.] During her visit with us, she was extremely unprofessional. She asked my wife and I which one of us was 'the girly one', referred to her teenage son as 'going through a phase' since he is dating boys, and told us in detail with crass language about her sexual history. We did not inquire about or engage this topic of conversation at all and yet she continued it. She also failed to inform us (or ask our permission regarding) the male student who entered the exam room unaccompanied and unexpectedly from our point of view. The religious items in the reception are made me feel unwelcome.

Nash takes time to listen to all the facts and ask questions to maybe look at other avenues. I really feel like she cares about my health and things we can do to make it better

Love Janelle, but requested a meds change. Never got a return call. Appointments are way too long away. Waited, honestly 1.5 hours to see her! Had a student that she was teaching.

Janelle and her staff are excellent. Unfortunately on my last visit a traveling nurse was very unprofessional with me and made me very uncomfortable. This was the first time ever feeling uncomfortable at Jannelle’s office.

Jannelle is exceptionally bright and knowledgable. She is more competant than many physicians, and personable. She takes the time to thoroughly evaluate her patients needs and covers every concern. I am very fortunate to have her as my personal and our families medical advisor.

Janelle is a great provider however, the medical assistant that took my vitals beforehand answered a FaceTime call while she was in the room with me and it felt very inappropriate
