My health visits with Jannelle always go smoothly and we discuss options for my care. I would recommend her to anyone as an outstanding provider.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Love the doctor, the nurse who took my weight and vitals could use a little bit more bedside manner. She asked me how much i weighed, even though she weighed me before going into a room. She also had a piece of paper that she could’ve wrote down the weight. She was all over the place when it came to asking me questions. She’s wasn’t even in the Drs website she was on a different drs page. She also tried typing in my information into another patient’s information. Dr Nash is my favorite of all times will let my family go to her in the future!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
So I started seeing Dr Nash about 12 months ago.. and at first I must say I was somewhat sceptical about how important I would be do to the volume of patients the office has. However I was quite pleased they have taken great care of my medical needs . And I am not your average patient trust me . I was always able to call and talk to her staff and they would also solve my problems. Great place with great doctor's

Friendly and respectful. Both Janelle and her nurse answered any question I had, both were equally funny and very competent. I would have no problem recommending Janelle and staff to anyone who asks.

I was satisfied with what my office visit was for. Never feel rushed when she is with me and listens to what I am asking about.

She is amazing and she cares about you and wants the best shows by hearing what you have to say and gives feedback to you.. I've had a few Drs but I don't want another one as long as she's a Dr I'll stay right here she really cares about you and your needs she will help you....

The organization has made it difficult to see the primary provider. I don't feel being seen at the walk in clinic with an unknown provider is the best route for an elderly person with chronic medical issues.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Janelle really listens to me as a person and also an individual. She takes my feelings and beliefs into consideration when helping me make decisions about my health journey. Janelle explains in detail medication and health information in a way that is easy for me to understand. Honestly, I have never had such a detailed doctor before and left feeling empowered about my decisions. I feel heard and valued when I am with her and I am grateful to have such a special doctor in my life.

She is very nice and always takes care of what you need. She never tries to rush through the appointment and she has always explained things to me when I didn't understand the medical terms. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. I actually tried to get my mom in to be her patient, but unfortunately she was not accepting new patients at that time.
