Janelle and her staff listen to you like you are a family member. They make sure they address all of your questions and work with you to develop a plan of care that includes the patient and the medical staffs. Janelle is incredibly current on recent health information and uses her expertise to help explain things. It is so helpful to be included this way.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Be prepared to discuss and even argue with the associates you have to deal with when trying to schedule an appointment as they usually say you can’t have that type of appointment at this time. So far they have always been wrong. Also, be prepared to be denied permission to be taken off medications for surgery at another location and later find out that your doctor was never contacted concerning this request. Also, realize that any emails you send to your doctor are read by others and might not be forwarded to your doctor. Once you get to your doctor's office and deal with her and her co-workers, things go quite well.

I am so pleased with the care that I have received from Janelle and staff. They're very prompt in responding to messages in MyChart. I never feel that they are rushing me out the door.

I have been seeing jannelle for the last 3 years. Her quality of care and empathy is unmatched , she is professional and her knowledge of medicine exceeds my expectations second to none. But it's her kindness and caring for me and my health is what sets her apart from any physician I have seen before.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very satisfied with the care I’m getting. The last 2 appointments, had to wait 1.25 and 1.50 hours. Would rather not wait that long, but Janelle is a very good healthcare provider.

Janell Nash is the best provider I have ever had. I have recommended her to family and friends who needed a new provider. Everyone has been very pleased with her. She is very knowledgeable, cares about people and always put her patients first. She has a wonderful bedside manner and if she does not know what’s wrong, she goes through whatever is needed to find the answers.

There are no accolades that can completely capture the care, the honesty, and the genuine concern that Janelle and her team gives, everytime wothout fail. It's one thing to be assigned a doctor, it's an entire another thing to say "Dr. Nash is MY doctor" with pride, appreciation, confidence, but more importantly - trust. That doesn't come easy, but every single visit - she earns it, time and again.
