At my last appointment, Amanda was the nurse who checked me in for my appointment. She was fantastic! I really felt like she listened, showed genuine concern and compassion for my wellbeing. It was a really great visit with Janelle who also listened carefully to me and empathized with what was going on. Both made for a very comfortable and supportive visit.

Janelle Nash is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable person. She explains all our test results & suggests the right medication for me. She spends a lot of time with us, more than our appointment calls for. She’s great.

Janel and her nurse Erin went above and beyond for to get me antidepressant prescription. The insurance were being a pain in the a$$ and wouldn’t refill for me.

Janelle has a nice personality but did not conduct a thorough physical exam even though it had been more than a year since I had seen her. She is receptive to requests and questions I have but did not act comfortable with spending the time needed to address my concerns. We did not review my lab results. I didn’t remove any clothing, she listened with her stethoscope but did not palpate my abdomen, or do a breast exam or look over my skin for any abnormalities.

She is very pleasant and friendly but did not conduct a physical on me that addressed all major areas of my body. I could not get in for an appointment in an appropriate time when I had several new issues in the last 12 months. She is trying her best to work at a pace that does not allow for thorough and helpful care.
