He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He truly cares and will do everything he can to solve your problem. He also asks about how your family and caregivers are as part of your support system. He sees health as a whole person well being not an isolated problem. He is a rare find in a world of ‘check the box’. He uses every tool at his disposal to make accurate information processing quicker so he can spend more time with me, the person.

The best family Doctor I've had in 40 plus years! He sincerely has his patients health and welfare as a priority of his care! I would pass an appointment just to see Dr. Chander; he knows my health concerns without having to consult a chart or another Doctor! I truly have been impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and understanding from him, to include his entire Care Team!

Dr. Chander, his PA Danielle Russo and nurse Erin were 100% with the month and a half wait. These three work amazing as a team and provide professional, caring, inquisitive, thoughtful and timely care. As the medical machine crunches visits into less and less time, this team makes the most of what they've got to make sure you are getting the healthcare you need. Labs are ordered promptly, what to do next and referrals provided quickly, follow ups scheduled appropriately, and the entire system of records and communication with your health care team are easily accessible through the Mi Michigan health system. This well-rounded team was worth the wait and provides an expert level of care for a smaller town with a dynamic, traveled, and ever changing population of patients. I highly recommend their care, insight and kindness.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Chander, Danielle, and Erin are 100% worth the wait and are an amazing team: professional, kind, thorough, and inquisitive. Erin follows up labs immediately with directions. Their team is worth the nonsense, attitude & drama from the receptionist/check out girls that disrupt the Mi Michigan health system from performing expertly, Mattie did not get my record transferred before my month and a half wait, despite my calling twice and her confirming they were there. As a new patient Dr. Chander did not have everything he needed on hand. She does not take the importance & professionalism of her job seriously. The woman on the left who does check in/out, "Michelle"(?) made an inappropriate culture comment towards Dr. Chander, incorrectly scheduled my follow up for 2 2 months, not weeks, and when I stood my ground about scheduling, she pretended to ask him. Erin fixed her mistake. The front desk staff undermine the staff, patients, and healthcare. A review of both staff should be ordered.

Dr. Chander is not only my doctor but my friend. He is caring, compassionate, and takes time with me and listens to my issues…an excellent dedicated doctor who loves his work and his patients. I thank the Good Lord for blessing me with him.

Dr Chander is one of the best providers at my Michigan. The unfortunate part is that he is limited by the organization to how much time he can spend with his patients. The sign in the room telling you to limit what you talk to your doctor about to two items is a bit offputting. We have always been able to speak with Dr Chander and not be held to a time limit.
