What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr.Chander listened to each and every concern of mine and addressed them all. He is truly the most caring physician I have had the privilege of knowing. He takes time to explain his concerns and suggested treatment of my medical issues. I respect him and feel mutual respect. I see him interact with his staff and office personnel and is always so respectful and his voice is so calming. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the office personnel who are equally caring and willing to help with any questions. I have always got aa call returned and never felt disrespected. Ive left messages and had a response before the end of the day. I have and will continue to give Dr.Chander my full support as my primary physician. This community is so fortunate to have him. His physician Assistant is a great complement to his practice.

Dr. Chander is an outstanding doctor. He is passionate about helping his patients and addressing their concerns with compassion and respect. He keeps up with the latest developments in the medical field so that he can provide better care more efficiently. He is the best doctor of internal medicine in the Soo, no question.

Dr Chander is the best internal medicine doctor in this town by a long shot. Not only is he smart, he listens to you and is a very compassionate person. The TRIAGE NURSE!!! Adding this position to a busy office is so overdue! Finally, an RN answering questions and able to not be wrong!! Brilliant!! Now do it at the old Riverside. Stop making the other Doctors leave by taking away their autonomy and maybe your scores will go up more than just here!!

The level of knowledge doctor Chander grows with every visit. He is very up to date on medications, illness and side effects. He speaks and researches everything you tell him you are feeling. He digs deeper to see why you have an illness and uncovers the very best way to treat it.

My provider is excellent. His staff, from receptionist to whatever everyone else (usually 5 or more women) are absolutely useless! Condescending. Disrespectful. Dismissive. Self important. The list could go on and on! It’s no wonder there are signs up in the office that state that Staff will not be threatened! Most times I have to deal with Dr Chander’s office personnel I’d like to tell them why they need to be wary of patients! They could all use a course in patient care and respect! Just to be crystal clear… none of these complaints are about my care from Dr Chander or his sincerity. He has been my physician for years and he is excellent! It’s a shame he has such an incompetent staff!
