From my first visit with Sara she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was able to open up with her and work through my health concerns with no judgment and continued guidance through the portal between visits.

Sara and her staff are wonderful!! Scheduling through MyMichigan and her availability are satisfactory. Made an appt with Sara for routine follow up and received an appt 2 months later. She is very busy and overbooked with patients it seems.

I truly loved how Lusa listened and wanted to help hearing my back story she wanted to move forward and get my health and my concerns on track. The nurses where great as well reached out to check on me after id called.

Has a good understanding of prescription and over the counter meds and their interactions. Supportive in making contact as soon as possible either by phone or in person. Shares pertinent lab work as soon as it’s available. Works at trying to solve the medical problems as they arise and offers various options to resolve issues. Shows genuine patient concern.

She great but overworked. A six month follow up was scheduled for 9 months because that is the next available. Michigan is going to burn her out.
