Sara is simply wonderful. She is such a great listener and is ALWAYS kind. She gives professional, sound advice. Sara remembers and is able to ask questions about conditions, and listens attentively while I explain changes or additional concerns. II can’t say enough really good things about her. Her nurse Sharon [ ] a wonderful job also.

The merger to the corporate medical care MyMichigan is honestly disheartening. In spite of the absolute evil way our medical care in Amerikkka is going these days especially, in rural areas. Dr. Ockenfels and his staff do their job with outstanding kindness, safety, and professionalism. I pray that this take over to MyMichigan won’t chase physicians like this away but nurture them to continue to do this extremely impactful work. Many people within our community, myself included, need more physicians like him and his staff. He goes above and beyond to help and far exceeds a 1-10 rating. It should be in the thousands range that is how amazing he and his staff are.

Dr Mackie agreed to see me for the first time at a request from his patients (my sons), because my family doctor wasn’t available to help me navigate through a critical health emergency. He listened about the reason for my appointment, examined area of concern, contacted appropriate personnel to determine proper referral to investigate problem (MRI). And ordered appropriate antibiotic to local pharmacy. Wonderfull doctor!!!
