What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Mackie is a very professional and caring provider. He knows his stuff and how to get things done. He and Ellie are an excellent team and have become great friends. We are fortunate to have them in our community. I will be saddened when they both shift to a well-earned retirement.

Dr Mackie and his wonderful nurse Ellie have always been amazing. Dr Mackie sits down and listens, asks and answers questions and makes our child felt so comfortable. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dr Mackie and this office's staff office have always treated me with respect, dignity, and kindness. All of mt Healthcare needs have always addressed. I am exceptionally happy with my medical care. I highly recommend this office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Excellent Billing, despite numerous calls to billing office, MyMichigan billed Medicare instead of the VA as it was supposed to which was very frustrating. The VA ordered all testing, referrals, imaging, surgeries, yet MyMichigan automatically billed Medicare first and VA second resulting in errounous bills, multiple calls to billing.

Dr Mackie is a caring physician. I do need a follow-up on my bill I was charged for medication changer and I had a well visit I would appreciate a call back from the office with a updated bill to reflect services

Dr. Mackie is a respectable and excellent medical professional. Every time my husband and I went to see him, he was compassionate, patient, and understanding. He always took the time to explain and answer our questions with his profound knowledge. Also, he always resorted to the best possible approaches and resources to diagnose our health issues and would call us about the test and diagnostic results in a timely manner. He would also take quick actions to tackle the issues. ... In a word, we have been very happy with Dr. Mackie and we respect him and have confidence in him.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Mackie and Ellie are kind and personable. They are very good listeners, and ask questions to ensure they understand what was said. I feel they care about me as a person. They give me complete attention during my visits, write things down so its not forgotten, and always follow up on anything we discuss. I feel well cared for with this team, and can share any and all concerns without hesitation. My visits are thorough and never rushed. I value the care they provide, and trust their responses to my health concerns, knowing I can count on them gives me wonderful peace of mind.

Dr. Mackie is caring and attentive. He listens well, writes down what's discussed and follows up quickly. I feel comfortable discussing health concerns with him and appreciate having such a highly qualified physician.Even though the hospital and medical buildings have been taken over by another company, Dr. Mackie's service to his patients remains unwavering.

Dr Mackie and his nurse Ellie were wonderful .. The girls at the scheduling area were loud and I could clearly hear a conversation about another patient ( didn’t hear the name- just the story )

Dr Mackie and his staff consistently provide the best care to all patients. The MyMichigsn system is money oriented- definitely not patient oriented.

Been my provider for years and is one of our best in the area. Not sure what I’ll do when he retires as it seems the ones coming in joining your team don’t seem to stay here long.
