Lisa Tetzlaff provided me with excellent care and service treating my recent medical issue. I am satisfied and impressed with my entire experience. I would certainly recommend her to anyone I know and I would trust her again with mine and my family’s health care needs in the future .

Lisa is very thorough and thoughtful as well as caring and concerned. She asked many questions and answered all of mine . Very happy to be able to see her recently—a gem!! Her nurse that day, Delilah was most pleasant and helpful as well— they made a great team

Lisa and staff are all kind and helpful, Lisa goes out of her way to respond to me and get me in as soon as she can, she takes time an doesn't rush through her visit, I'M going to miss her and staff I have to find primary Dr. THANK YOU LISA AND STAFF.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I saw NP Tetzlaff because I couldn’t get into my regular provider. She was awesome!! She was very polite and did a great job going over information with me and followed up with a phone call which I thought was very nice. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Tetzlaff is an amazing doctor. She has awesome bed side manners. She's extremely helpful on braking things down so you can understand. Over all 10 out of 10.

Superb, however I tell my friends if they have a provider affiliated with my Michigan health that they have to have internet, a computer, and printer. I pay over $100 a month to do business with my Michigan health. Crazy

She was behind , but still took her time with me, I had at one time a nurse tell me Dr was running late, an the Dr was in an out, didn't even get to ask questions

This was my first appointment with Lisa Tetzlaff and I found her to be very friendly and professional. She covered what needed to be covered medically for the day and also offered some other advice that could help with having better bowel movements that were not using harsh methods. I look forward to trying her suggestions.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Scheduling access, ability to actually speak to someone on the phone without playing phone tag for multiple days. On-site lab services (I've not been able to get my labs or imaging done because of available hours and my work schedule)
