I never felt rushed throughout the appointment. He listens, asks appropriate and pertinent questions, and seems to genuinely care about my health and wellbeing. Dr. Ockenfels provides time, energy, and knowledge that is second to none.

Well mannered and respectful. He was able to gather information both directly and subtly. He engaged me in conversation on current events that seemed off topic and inconsequential until I realized that, since this was my initial interview with him and I am a retired senior, he was probably checking how I responded as a quick, cognitive test. Respect.

Listens to all concerns and explain change of meds to help with patient care. Able to contact Dr with any issues and dr follows up to answer all questions in timely manner.

Dr O is a great doc. He's taken care of myself and my family for over 30 years. He's compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. He truly cares about what you have to say and how your symptoms are effecting you and the people around you. Maybe could learn a great lesson from this doctor.

I have known Dr Ockenfelds life over 30 years and he saved my life when I was in the hospital many years ago. What more can I ask. He has always been kind and takes the time that is needed.
