Dr Ockenfels, is the very best Dr in the Sault. He has always been attentive, truly listening to my concerns, and I know that he will move Heaven and earth, to make sure that you get the best care available.

Well mannered and respectful. He was able to gather information both directly and subtly. He engaged me in conversation on current events that seemed off topic and inconsequential until I realized that, since this was my initial interview with him and I am a retired senior, he was probably checking how I responded as a quick, cognitive test. Respect.

Listens to all concerns and explain change of meds to help with patient care. Able to contact Dr with any issues and dr follows up to answer all questions in timely manner.

Dr O is a great doc. He's taken care of myself and my family for over 30 years. He's compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. He truly cares about what you have to say and how your symptoms are effecting you and the people around you. Maybe could learn a great lesson from this doctor.

Dr. Ockenfels arrived for my appointment on time. He was very pleasant and professional. A good listener, very interested in recent past medical history involving my AFIB.

Dr. Ockenfels is an excellent family doctor who listens to you, explains lab results, gives suggestions and can perform orthopedic manipulations to relieve pain.

I have known Dr Ockenfelds life over 30 years and he saved my life when I was in the hospital many years ago. What more can I ask. He has always been kind and takes the time that is needed.

Dr. Ockenfels has been my physician over 30 years. The issue now is staffing around him. Lots of change yearly. Having the patient advocate has been great, easily surpass the office front desk to get information or appointments. My Michigan management of the facility in it's entirety is not making a good impression in this community.

Dr. Ockenfels is very intelligent, and able to talk to you on your level. He has been my doctor for a long time. I would not keep seeing him if i was not completely satisfied and comfortable with him.

Dr. Okenfels has been my medical provider for many yrs. I have never once, in those yrs leave feeling my questions weren’t answered, or my issue not taken care of. I have always gotten excellent results , and what it took to feel better. Dr. Okenfels is, the best!

Dr Ockenfels is an excellent physician and a highly respected member of our community. We have been doctoring with him for many years and we are so grateful for his help in solving our medical issues. He has actually saved my life twice.

Dr Ockenfels has always been our provider and when we have seen someone else, we have been a little disappointed in that they are not as courteous as Dr O. But then again, we have been with him for many years. He really is an excellent doctor and highly respected by his colleagues and nurses that work with him.
