Wonderful doctor, I have gone to him for years and always had no trouble with him, Just feel his hands have been tied since going under MyMichigan Corp. You don't even have him when you are admitted to hospital, they have some doctor on contact from all over to see you and knows nothing about you. So when you see this other doctor for the 10 minutes allotted, they don't know anything about your history and really are no help unless it is something obvious. The staff does what they can with what they are permitted, but they don't have urgent care anymore as the corp. wants you to go to a clinic so they make more money. I really feel the Corp. is not out for the patient anymore as they are for the almighty dollar, which is leaving a lot of people doling without medical care when they should be having it. '

Dr. Ockenfels and his nurse Connie were both very kind, courteous, and professional. They treated me very well, and took the time to ask questions and explain things to me in detail. I was very pleased with my experience there!

Dr Ockenfels has been our family physician for over 30 years and we are so grateful that we went to him. He is not afraid to refer us to another physician who may have better experience in our problem. We highly recommend him.

Dr Ockenfels is an excellent doctor and we are so grateful that he is our physician. He also has a great nurse, Connie, who is very much a professional and also a very good listener. She makes sure that our prescriptions are taken care of. Kudos to his office!

Dr. Ockenfels is skilled, knowledgeable, and it’s very caring. He answers all my questions and takes time to talk with me about my health and informs me of best practices to improve my health. Nurse Connie is very efficient and thorough, very professional and so knowledgeable. She follows procedures, follows up, and uses verification processes. The Front an office staff are courteous and kind, very well trained, and are very professional. Customer Service is always efficient.

Since My Michigan took over the practice it has been nearly impossible to get my children in to be seen for a sick visit. Dr Ockenfels continues to provide the best care in the area despite forced changes by MyMichigan.

Dr O is great. He listens, provides feedback, and makes you feel like you're the only patient he has to see today. Plus he is similar to my age, this is agism I'm sure but I have a hard time with any doctor who is quite young. They don't have the life experience to use common sense when treating patients. Dr O is perfect. I hope he never retires. I won't if he won't [NAME]

The doctor may see many patients in situation like mine buy i felt vulnerable and didnt appreciate the Dr's approach to my health. I left very discouraged, and I don't have interest in receiving care from him again. I understand he is spoken highly of and I may be a "one-off", but Im not interested in returning
