What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Hamilton and his nurses are amazing. Always willing to answer questions/concerns. Always able to get in for visits in a timely manner. My family feels confident in the care provided by Dr. Hamilton and his amazing nurses!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I am so grateful we are a part of this office. The front desk is always so welcoming when we come in and treat our kids so well. The nursing staff are extremely patient and you can tell they love their jobs! Dr Hamilton is SO great with kids!! Incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his decision making in a way you can understand. Very much appreciate this office. The only thing I would change is I am too old to be a patient here! ;)

The clinical staff is very friendly. They respond to poetal messages in a timely manner. Dr. Sawaya has always listened to all of concerns for both of our children. Even when she is not available we are easily able to see another provider.

Dr Hamilton was very thorough. Knew my child had recently been to the ED and had reviewed tests/information before talking to us. Very kind staff all around.

Dr. Hamilton is amazing. He always answers my questions, supports my parenting journey, and is SO kind to both of my children. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a pediatrician.

The last visit seemed to have improved but the visit prior to that made us want to leave the practice entirely. Felt like I was never listened to as her mother and that’s not a good thing.

I cannot express how much Dr. Sawaya means to our family. She sees all three of our boys and I never once have felt that I cannot be open with her. She listens, and genuinely cares about my kids. She is amazing.

Dr. Wakeman is so caring and makes my daughters feel at ease while they are at an appointment. She listens carefully and truly cares about their health. Also, her nurse (Monica) is so supportive and caring.

I love that everyone in the office talks to [Name]. They ask him and explain what they are going to do before they do it. All of his questions are always answered. I never feel rushed. My child has some sensory issues and some “bad” past experiences with doctor’s offices. But since we came to Dr. Wakeman, it has been amazing. All of the staff are so patient and wonderful with my little human.

Seems to be compassionate, knowledgeable and Intuitive. Started going to him when my granddaughter was [age] years old. Now [age] he respects her emotional mental And physical needs. When she expressed that she felt uncomfortable.Having a male doctor now That she is older... He gave her an option to see a female doctor Annual check ups Or "girls stuff". I felt that was very respectful.

Dr Wakeman is both thorough and kind. She has always listened to our concerns carefully and respectfully and provided excellent guidance. We are grateful to her and all of her staff who have been a huge support to our family. We cannot recommend her enough!

I always feel like family when we go to appointments. The nurses remember my children and care about their well-being. Everyone is kind, friendly and full of smiles. It's obvious they love their jobs. Dr. Hamilton is knowledgeable and up-to-date with all the things we ask about. Thank you for all you do! ❤️

Dr. Achor isn't accepting of patients who want to have body autonomy over certain procedures such as vaccines. At times we feel coarse and or disrespected when it comes to these discussions.

We typically don't see Dr. Sawaya but truly enjoyed her as much as Dr. Hamilton and her nurses were absolutely fabulous!

It’s very hard to get an appt when needed for a sick child. I can’t think of one time that I have wanted my sick child to be seen and have been able to get them in the same did. I did contact the office with concerns about a rash a few different times and was able to send pics through MyChart and hear back quickly. That is very much appreciated! Besides those times, I usually end up taking my sick child to urgent care.
