We love Dr.Sawaya ! Her and her staff are always so kind and have the best bed side manor. Dr. Sawaya is so knowledgeable and never makes me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. Office is clean and all staff is friendly.

Dr. A. Hamilton has been a Dr for my children for years. He’s very friendly, yet professional as are his nurses. We recently called late Friday afternoon for a skin disorder and Dr Hamilton took time to work us in with a video call. She required a prescription to treat the problem so it was important to us that we were able to get an appointment so quickly; especially since he was going on vacation the next week. We really appreciated it. He’s a great, caring Dr. with a great staff backing him up. Thanks for your continued help!!

Dr. Hamilton, Shannon and Kelli are simply the best. They know our family and our children are always so comfortable in their care, and look forward to visiting! Its so nice to have the same faces at every visit, every time! You get to know the people caring for you children and that makes all the difference!

They really push vaccinations regardless of your opinion. Nurses were pretty pushing and it was very overwhelming to have 2 nurses asking questions, rushing the appointment, taking your baby and doing a bunch of measurements and tests without warning or much explanation, especially for a new mom less than 3 days postpartum. They really need to consider the state of the matter for a new mom and do better to support her through this time too.

The only issue I have is when my child is sick with flu-like symptoms or an ear infection - we cannot get into this office. I have better luck going to urgent care. I would like to be able to call and drop in to our family doctors office rather than use urgent care.
