The staff and provider might as well be family as that is how we are treated. They are always kind, caring and attentive. I refer everyone I know to Dr Achor.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Achor isn't accepting of patients who want to have body autonomy over certain procedures such as vaccines. At times we feel coarse and or disrespected when it comes to these discussions.

Dr. Achor is always kind and thorough. He makes sure my child feels heard and secure. He is such a wonderful pediatrician!

Dr. Achor has been my children's pediatrician since they were both born. He is an absolute blessing to have as their provider!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That the Doctor is fantastic, always listens to my concerns, explains things thoughtfully, and never makes me feel pressured to make certain choices regarding my child’s health (with the exception of vaccinations). I would tell my family that this provider is my favorite around and that I will always choose him for my children. I would however, let them know that his staff, excluding the RN’s, can be a little rude and not very empathetic. The RN’s are wonderful, but the MAs are hard to tolerate.

Yes, already have recommended Dr.Achor to friends and family, 5/5 stars. I feel confident in my decision to continue with him being my daughter’s pediatrician moving forward.

Dr. Achor is caring and knowledgeable and he always talks to my children in a way they can understand always put in the focus on them during the appointment the older they get the more he makes some responsible for their own health. Thank you.

Dr.Achor is an excellent docor and a good listener. He always provided professional recommendations and respected patient and families and valued our opinions. He showed us how much he cared about my little one. His nurse Emma is superb and always responded my message on patient portal as soon as she is available.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would say Dr Achor is a really caring and friendly Dr that listens to our concerns, and we have never felt rushed out of there. We have been coming to him since our [Age] yr old was a baby, and we would recommend him to anyone! Our son has never felt nervous about going to see him whenever he needed to.

Dr. Achor and his nurse are incredible! My son cries when either leave the room and they work so well with him. Our nurse is super understanding and Dr. Achor is knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with my son’s care!

I was made to feel bad about not getting blood work that was ordered back in 2022 but never emreceived notice that he ordered blood work. I can't take action if I didn't know it was needed.

The lady’s in the front office waiting area are not always as nice or friendly but Dr Achor is always amazing and his nurses are always very nice and professional!!

Just how he was so kind with Lillie. He let her talk and tell him how she is feeling. Made her feel welcome and she wasn’t nervous anymore

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Starting my appointment by telling me that I needed to choose only one concern to discuss because the doctor was only going to spend 15 minutes with me makes me want to find a new doctor. Dr Achor took the time to discuss all of my concerns and did not cut my appointment short but repeated multiple times that he spent 40 minutes with me, like I should feel bad about it. I don’t feel bad and I will be looking for a new place to take my child that doesn’t make me feel like this.

Dr. Achor is always providing excellent care and this time with our newborn was no different. He was reassuring in any concern we expressed and reiterated Iver’s great health.

He is extremely friendly and always explains things in detail, and in a way that is easy to understand. He remembers information around our child’s health visit to visit, so you can tell he really pays attention and cares about his patients

Everybody is always so nice to us. We think Dr. Anchor is absolutely amazing.

Nothing, the whole experience with Dr. Anchor and his staff are great.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not rush thru because it’s “just a well visit.” Allow time and space for all questions, even specific ones, without telling me to book a different appointment for a specific question (that can be answered there).

We felt that Nurse Emma took the extra time with us in this appointment
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Staff having an idea of recent backgrounds of patients before weighing and measuring the patients. I am glad I was there to advocate for my child to protect her leg. This was very upsetting to us.
