I would say Dr Achor is a really caring and friendly Dr that listens to our concerns, and we have never felt rushed out of there. We have been coming to him since our [Age] yr old was a baby, and we would recommend him to anyone! Our son has never felt nervous about going to see him whenever he needed to.

Dr. Achor and his nurse are incredible! My son cries when either leave the room and they work so well with him. Our nurse is super understanding and Dr. Achor is knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with my son’s care!

I was made to feel bad about not getting blood work that was ordered back in 2022 but never emreceived notice that he ordered blood work. I can't take action if I didn't know it was needed.

Dr. Achor always provides excellent care and thoroughly explains any matters necessary. He is friendly and professional with the kids, and always respectful.

The lady’s in the front office waiting area are not always as nice or friendly but Dr Achor is always amazing and his nurses are always very nice and professional!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Just how he was so kind with Lillie. He let her talk and tell him how she is feeling. Made her feel welcome and she wasn’t nervous anymore

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Starting my appointment by telling me that I needed to choose only one concern to discuss because the doctor was only going to spend 15 minutes with me makes me want to find a new doctor. Dr Achor took the time to discuss all of my concerns and did not cut my appointment short but repeated multiple times that he spent 40 minutes with me, like I should feel bad about it. I don’t feel bad and I will be looking for a new place to take my child that doesn’t make me feel like this.

Dr. Achor is always providing excellent care and this time with our newborn was no different. He was reassuring in any concern we expressed and reiterated Iver’s great health.

He is extremely friendly and always explains things in detail, and in a way that is easy to understand. He remembers information around our child’s health visit to visit, so you can tell he really pays attention and cares about his patients

Everybody is always so nice to us. We think Dr. Anchor is absolutely amazing.

Nothing, the whole experience with Dr. Anchor and his staff are great.

Not rush thru because it’s “just a well visit.” Allow time and space for all questions, even specific ones, without telling me to book a different appointment for a specific question (that can be answered there).

We felt that Nurse Emma took the extra time with us in this appointment
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Staff having an idea of recent backgrounds of patients before weighing and measuring the patients. I am glad I was there to advocate for my child to protect her leg. This was very upsetting to us.

Dr. Achor and his MA and RN were great with my son. Dr. Achor always takes the time to explain the health of my child and also answers any questions we might have. So thankful for Dr. Achor and staff!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr. Achor was very disrespectful during my visit. He should be patient with crying kids. He should explain things not aggressively (not with a loud voice and big gestures). First, he should say “hello, how are you?” when he enters the room instead of saying “you need to listen to me through him (pointing my crying son) while I talk because I cannot stay here long as I have other patients to care”. He should not keep saying “this kid has a lot of phobia of doctors. I have seen other kids fear doctors, but this kid has a A LOT A LOT of phobia” during our talk. He should not say “I need to leave because he is crying and the droplets from his mouth coming on my clothes, and other kids may get sick”. These are only few of the disrespectful behaviors he did during my visit. I have never seen that type of behavior in my life.

Every visit either in-person or video is always excellent! Emma and Vanessa are always so caring and very knowledgeable! They both interact with my children as if they were theirs, I love the compassion they show for all! Keep up the outstanding work ladies and of course the always amazing Dr Achor!
