When I have concerns I feel listened to and taken seriously. I do feel that my concerns or worries for my child can be explained by the MD to myself in lament terms. I feel the assessment is very through. I feel comfortable and am very appreciative for the care provided to my children.

Rachel is pleasant and informative. She is joyful in her interactions, always and truly helped facilitate the process of getting us in touch with resources to help our family on our autism journey. I’m grateful I chose her when I was picking a pediatrician. I was hopeful if babe the best decision, and I believe I have. Thank you, Dr. Sawaya!

Dr. Sawaya was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen and figure out the problem. She was so thorough and explained everything. I highly recommend her!

Would recommend her 1000X over and over. I’ve never had a bad experience with Rachel and she’s definitely very knowledgeable and makes sense to what she’s explaining or talking to you about. She makes my kids and I very comfortable with what she is doing. Not one bad thing to say about her at all.

We were grateful doctor Sawya could see our child, our regular pediatrician was out the day we needed. Dr. Sawya's office got us right in and out son had a great appointment. We loved how she asked him why he was there and about his symptoms.

Dr. Sawaya sees all three of our boys. We are incredibly blessed to have such a caring and thorough provider. She always listens and always refers or talks through what is best for our kids. I do not know what we would do without her!

We love Dr. Sawaya. She is thorough and truly listens to our concerns. She is up to date on the latest guidelines and recommendations and explains her reasoning for treatment decisions. She is so kind to the kids, making them comfortable for exams.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have always had really great experiences at this office and we truly respect and love Dr Sawaya. However at this last appointment I felt like I was being shamed for my choices. I made the best decision for my child in the moment during a very busy week and went to urgent care. Obviously Dr didnt agree with that choice and her reaction made me feel like a bad mom. It was a very sad experience that was not what I needed after a very stressful and scary week with my sick child.

The clinical staff is very friendly. They respond to poetal messages in a timely manner. Dr. Sawaya has always listened to all of concerns for both of our children. Even when she is not available we are easily able to see another provider.

I cannot express how much Dr. Sawaya means to our family. She sees all three of our boys and I never once have felt that I cannot be open with her. She listens, and genuinely cares about my kids. She is amazing.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Sawaya for 6 years, and I can’t say enough good things. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my children are well cared for. What truly stands out is how attentively she listens to all my concerns, no matter how small. Her compassion and thoroughness makes each visit a positive experience. I feel so fortunate to have found such a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician and would recommend her to anyone.
