Shannon Bowen is the best provider I have seen for my children. I have had multiple doctors see my children and she has without a doubt been the best. My children love her as well. She is always very honest and explains things in ways that are easy to understand. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a care provider for their kids.

We moved back to Michigan from [STATE] where [NAME] was initially receiving pediatric care. We absolutely loved her doctor there and didn’t think we’d even more impressed with the care she receives now, but that is exactly what has happened. Dr Bowen is incredible in many ways, but she is an absolute magician when it comes to interacting with her toddler patients, a group I would think can be quite challenging in a doctor office!

We just love Dr. Bowen, Chelsey and Melissa. We never have to wait long in the waiting room. They are so quick to get us back into a room. When I call them about my child someone always calls me back quickly. Just love this office and everyone who works there.

Dr. Bowen is great. She is very friendly, non judgmental at all, she listens to any and every question and concern and always answers. She is our pediatrician for both of our kids and we recommend her to anybody who asks!

We love Shannon and her staff. All three of my boys see her and she does a wonderful job engaging with them, answering questions, and addressing concerns. She’s quick to connect you with resources and to ensure you’re supported. I highly recommend her and am thankful for quality, evidenced backed, care.

Love the new office and all the paintings on the walls. Dr. Bowen is always so good with my daughter and makes her feel comfortable. She talks right to her to let her voice her own health concerns.

Dr. Bowen, Chelsea, and Melissa are always kind, caring, helpful and listen whenever we interact with them. Whether it's over the phone or in the office the care and friendliness never changes. My son absolutely LOVES coming to the office and seeing them, as long as there are no pokes involved :). I am thankful for this team. We don't interact with the front desk much, but during the move and all the wonky stuff happening with appointments, they were very wonderful, kind, and patient while explaining what was going on. I was thankful for that especially during what I am sure was a stressful time!

Kind and attentive. Listens to your concerns and praises for your child. Points out when we do things correct or if the child does something appropriate for their age she recognizes and vocalizes it. She charts very well on visits. Sharp.
