What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Friendly and professional office staff. Mr. Ordway listened to my concerns regarding my upcoming knee replacement surgery and addressed everything that I asked about. He put me completely at ease in regard to my surgery. I highly recommend this provider.

Dr. Gianotti is a very conscientious and caring provider, he sits and listens and hears what you are telling him. He takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are and provides excellent care. I am so pleased with the care I have gotten from him.

Dr. Ware's staff are always very nice and friendly. He is the BEST. I've gotten injections in my knees and can hardly feel the needles, and there is NO blood on the bandaids after. He is very personable, best doc around.

I don’t recall Dr. Weare explaining anything about the upcoming surgery. I feel like between Dr. Ware and the gal that checked me in, because I stated that I had no pain at the time, I felt like that was the point of them wondering “ what are you doing here “ type of feeling from them. Maybe he checked records from Dr. Pinney and didn’t need to ask me any questions about the physicalness of the knee. I am contemplating calling back and either another appointment with the doctor or ask some questions through the nurse and have her call me back. The scheduling gal did an excellent job for me.

Joe the athletic trainer is an excellent addition to Dr Pinney’s staff. Cindy the X-ray tech is also excellent-very efficient. Dr Pinney is knowledgeable and explains things well.

I waited over 45 minutes and my appointment was at 9:00 in the morning. No one came to update me on the status. Very frustrating.
