What a great experence I had with Dr ordway he's very personal and smart . I would give Him 10 stars if it were possable . Thanks to very much for taking great care of me threw both knee replacements 6 weeks apart .

First impressions were great! As a new patient, he had already reviewed my chart and X-rays. He gave options so that we could discuss questions and come up with a treatment plan together.

Dr. AJ Pinney and staff are great. They provide wonderful care and most importantly, non surgical solutions to my pain and mobility issues. Together we’ve mapped out care that has enabled me to reach several personal goals and I very much appreciate having them in my corner.

He's very understanding, and takes time to listen to my issues, and feelings pertaining to the issues im.dealing with. Always takes time in describing why certain medications may or may not be beneficial to my health needs, listens to personal choices pertaining to my choices of medical care in order to reach my mobility issues, never disregards my feelings on my health issues. Has a very good physician.

His approach to health management and recovery are unique and very appreciated. He listens and proposes treatment that is not the most economical for him but best for the patient

At my scheduled appointment time I heard him go into the next room. This was my first visit and although it was at the end of the day, I didn’t see the dr until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It was very frustrating because I arrived 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and had plans afterwards and was late due to the prolonged wait time time. The dr did apologize and the staff assured me he usually is on time with his appointments when I scheduled my follow up appointment.

Dr has my xray and MRI but hasn’t examined my knee. PT has, but not Dr. Could be his experience and results but not sure. He does spend time during office time so o understand the plan for recovery
