They provided the options for treatment, were patient and answered my myriad of questions. Riley introduced the doctor who would be performing the surgery and he was very thorough and patient as well. I feel they will handle my case with care and excellent precision.

The whole experience with mid Michigan was excellent from the professionalism the doctors and the staff. There was never any waiting time and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Yes and I have Riley and nurses out at the waiting room a very nice they soon as you walk in the door they're saying hi before you even get up to the desk and they're willing to help you in any kind of matter even if they're on the phone they tell us wait a minute and Mr Riley's super nice he listens to you and he helps like I had wrote a cup and shoulder surgery done and he gave me some exercises to do at home when I could start moving my arm before I went to my therapy and I think that helped a lot and he's always telling me what I should do what I shouldn't do and how to be careful with my arm I respect him a lot and like I said they have been really nice they tried to even get my therapy closer to me but stay with staff in midland

I think there are great I'll never go back to Saginaw I'd rather go to Midland they treat you as respect and they sit in there and explain everything and the ladies at the desk are so friendly and polite and I'm telling my family to go there

Yes. My appointment with Riley was my first follow-up after surgery. Staff very friendly and helpful, Brad, the nurse was wonderful and Riley very easy To talk with and ask question. Surgery went wry well and in recovery mode.
